I scheduled the visit online and was able to get a prompt service. The technician did a good job. Quick service and no mess but was charged $527 ( after 75$ discount and taxes) for clearing a drain. That's way too much. I needed the work right away so I did pay but wouldn't use them again. Ridiculously overpriced.

Roto-Rooter was very fast with their response to my problem. Technician was here when promised (1 hour after I placed the call). He explained the procedure, quoted the exact cost and completed the job timely. I could not have asked for anything better! Great job!

L came by, yes he was nice. But charge me $875 for changing my garage disposal. $545 for labor $245 for part. He didn't have to unclog or remove water anything. I've used them for toilet issues that was cheaper. Then stood over me told me I need to complete the survey before he charged me. I'm was scared so I gave him 5star while he's there, now I'm giving my honest review. They are ripped off

Thank goodness they were able to come out! Our service provider was so diligent and did an extremely thorough job going out 70' to clear our line. He cleaned up everything and let the bathroom in pristine condition!

They arrived in a super timely manner quickly clearing our drains and giving a diagnosis to our plumbing issues.. even though it was after hours and involved 2 techs(one to unclog and another to come and run a camera) both techs were very professional, polite and explained everything in detail to us. So thankful for the fast response!!!

We had a little Easter morning surprise right before family came over and had to call Roto-Rooter, they answered right away and were at the house within a hour on Easter Sunday. Stan arrived and was very professional. He worked quickly and efficiently to uncover the issue. Stan removed any trash when he left and made sure everything was to our liking. Thanks Stan and team!

It was really easy to schedule my appointment online and it was confirmed within 30 min via email. A text came in about 35 min before scheduled arrival and it allowed me to confirm or change the appointment. This was super convenient! Employee arrived right on time, was really friendly and explained everything to me up front. What the initial cost would be, what other costs would be if the first step didn't fix the issue. Over the past couple of months, I have needed the assistance of Roto-Rooter to fix a few different plumbing issues in my home. Today, I needed Roto-Rooter to fix two issues. One issue was caused by another plumbing company when they installed my bathtubs in my home and the second issue was quickly leak under my bathroom sink. Dennis came out today and he was able to quickly diagnosis and fix all of the issues. I highly recommend this company.

Not only did they come out at 9pm to get my sewer line unclogged, they were back first thing the next morning to replace the section of pipe causing the issue. Both techs were extremely polite and helpful, and made a point of explaining everything that would be done to fix the problem. Would not hesitate to call them again.

Roto-Rooter Charlotte came out to patch a gas line that was punctured. They were prompt but that’s it. After starting the repair and leaving to get supplies 3 times they said it was impossible to fix, and wanted to replace the entire line for $2800! I declined and was charge $495 for them to not do the job!I called another company and the repaired the line in 45minutes with materials he had on truck!I will never call or recommend Roto-Rooter again.

Roto Rooter has been wonderful today. I called them with my problem this morning and they were at my house within the hour. From Carol who answered my call this morning all the way to Antonio and Ruan who have gone above and beyond for my issue. Then they called Dillon to come take up the flooring and dehumidify and dry. Ruan is such a knowledgeable technician.Antonio really knows his job. They all were so polite and helpful. I will definitely recommend Roto Rooter for any services needed. What a great experience!!

Recently use Roto-Rooter for an emergency plumbing situation. We only have one bathroom in our home so we were really hoping for a quick resolution. Ray came within 30 minutes and was able to fix it in a matter of hours. Super helpful and knowledgeable on the cause of the clog as well as prevention moving forward. Definitely recommend!

Not a good experience. We had their technicians come out and do a repair and replacement of a sump pump ($1800) - the pump then failed within the warranty and they were unable to provide us the documentation needed to get it replaced, but were willing to replace and do it again for the same price. Come to find out they had installed a pump that was too powerful and burned out. (3/4 Ho vs the 1/2 hp we needed). To top it off, we were charged and additional $375 for them to come out and we had to have someone else do the repair. Over $2100 completely wasted. Feel free to use them if you like but it will be costly.

Plumber was great. He was here a total of 15 min (most of which was back and forth to his van) and about 8 min snaking the toilet or whatever with a big long rod of some sort. $300. $50-75 would have been reasonable.
