We reached out to Spangler about a leak we had and were contacted back immediately. Elaine Nance from Spangler scheduled a meeting time quickly and showed up on time. She was knowledgeable and was able to tell me the next steps to take and even had referrals for me. So good to see a business that does what they say they are going to do! Each person I was in contact with was respectful and kind. Honestly, people I would enjoy being friends with!!

Last October, a tree fell on our house, causing extensive damage. We selected Spangler to help put our house back together. They were on the job right away, removing the tree and limbs from on and in our house and putting tarping down.It was a very extensive renovation. Everything had to be taken out and stored. Then the build back began with many requirements, including structural repair. Then everything had to be brought back in. The Spangler construction team members, lead by the Project Manager, Rolando Calzada, worked very hard to put our house back in order. The result was a better house when complete than before. We are very pleased with the result. Our hot water heater leak caused damage to our hardwood floors requiring the entire first floor to be replaced along with ceiling work in our basement. The entire Spangler team did an excellent job from the rip up of the damaged floor, replacement of new flooring, painting of trim and repair to a damaged buffet cabinet. All this, along with the cleaning crew and furniture movers resulted in an excellent job done. We highly recommend Spangler Resotation.

Had two instances of second floor water damage. Once things were dried out. Spangler responded quickly and made all necessary repairs and had us back to normal in a very reasonable amount of time. About two years ago a tree fell on my garage. Spangler was the Restoration company that came to rebuild the garage, bathroom and chimney. After the one year mark, I had peeling paint around the garage door where they didn't prime before they painted. They did come back and fix this problem. I have now have an issue from when the tree fell it took out part of my chimney. I also have cracks in my upstairs wall near the ceiling that were there before the tree fell but have appeared now. When Spangler rebuilt the chimney they did not clear out the debris. Since we didn't use the chimney, I was unaware of the problem. You would think that the inspector would catch this but they didn't. Now I am having challenges opening and closing the chimney flu due to all of the debris that was left behind. This is clearly a safety hazard and most likely will be costly to rectify. It isn't the only challenge I had with the company. I had them rebuild the banister upstairs and it is already lose. These are just a few of the challenges I've had. If you use them I would make sure that you are there daily to update and check on progress and to make sure the rebuild makes sense. Ask lots of questions and make sure that work they have done makes sense. They only guarantee their work for a year, so follow up with them if you notice anything that is not working as expected. We had a old water tank leak through our ceiling and Spangler helped replace the ceiling, lights, they noticed other issues that other companies didn't and did a wonderful job. I was completely and totally shocked by the Awful work this company did for me. Im still in process of trying to fix all of it. They said 4 months..... it was more like a year. I ended up homeless because my insurance told me my housing fund was through it had taken so long. They painted over bubbled paint and didnt even bother to prep, tried to weasel out of things clearly budgeted for, trenched my yard, bent my gutter, installed my attic fan upside down, painted my bathroom in latex when i told them it had to be oil... I regret everyday ever having hired them. Tried to get me to sign off on thejob before it was ever near done, tried to short me on funds they agreed on paying me and told me my insurance company would be paying me the other 3 grand. Insurance told me they werent sending me anything. I could not be more pleased with a company that showed such professionalism and truly care about their customers as Spangler did with me from the beginning to the end of the repair process as recommended by State Farm. My project Manager was Susan Stroud and she was extremely helpful and excellent in coordinating all repairs, as well as Bob and Carly who originally assessed the damage. The entire team including Megan, Travis, Michelle, Kathy, and Rhonda all brought me much ease throughout the entire process, which speaks volume in itself when you have major water damage. Thanks to Spangler and the courteous employees they have, who made it a wonderful experience for me and my repairs are absolutely beautiful too.
