Home Remedy came out and gave me a quote last year Brandon was knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. I finally got the funds saved and had them come out to put a new roof on my house on 3/15/23. They done a great job! Brian was the project manager he answered all my questions and was a great person to talk to while waiting for the roof to get done. The crew cleaned up all the old shingles and removed all debris. Home Remedy USA gave me the best deal and warranty that I could find. This company is a gem!! A++ Would recommend.

I normally wouldn't leave a review but when the service is excellent then recognition should be given!Brandon was great to work with! He came out late in the evening to accommodate my schedule and provided me a quote the next day. I never felt any pressure or obligation to do anything. And, he included all of my financing options on the quote, which was a relief because that's usually what the next phone call would be about in most cases.Then, after scheduling for a Thur/ Fri timeframe, Brandon messaged me the Monday prior with a cancellation and asked if it was okay if they installed earlier! When I returned home from work around 5 pm the crew was already gone and I had new gutters! Plus, they left no trash or debris behind!If you want honest and responsive service , I highly recommend giving Home Remedy a call! Just ask for a quote and see for yourselves!Thanks again, Brandon! And I still wish I could've left a cooler of refreshments like I had originally planned😄 Y'all deserved it!

The crew who completed the roof did it very quickly and efficiently. The gutters were also installed very quickly. I would recommend Home Remedy to anyone!

I can't say enough positive. As a typical degreed engineer I did major research into products an providers for weeks. I don't like pushy sales people and theirs are not pushy. I think their GAF brand shingles are as good as any if not the best. Excellent warranties on product and workmanship. They provided excellent customer service and kept me informed on the timeline as it evolved. We did roof, gutters and gutter guards. All workers and teams were excellent. They exceeded my expectations. 4 out of 4 stars on every category including price.

Home Remedy was very professional and was easily to work with. A large tree limb damage our roof. Called Home Remedy and DJ came the next morning, checked the roof for damage and tarped the roof to prevent water damage. Prepared and provided a very reasonable quote compared to the insurance adjusters estimate. Came and repaired our roof. Did a excellent job and left everything very clean. DJ keep us up-to-date on everything. Also, contracted Home Remedy to update our Gutter Guard. We had a new roof installed 9 months ago and still cannot obtain a warranty. Have spoken to the owners and sales representative a number of times about this. Although they are polite and promise to follow up and resolve the problem, they simply don’t. Phone calls are not returned and we now have an expensive roof without any warranty.”Update: I appreciate the response and follow up call that I got from Brandon. I also appreciate being provided the photo copy of the warranty now. You do quality work and deserve positive recognition for it. My blood boils when I think about the experience we had with this company. For starters, they did not show up the day they told us they would start (7 months after we gave them $21000 deposit). Three days later they tore off the roof (tearing up our new driveway on the way out after we told them about the sharp curve and please go out the other exit) and told us the new roof would be completed the following Wednesday. We were scheduled to go out of town and thought better of it when work on the roof was not going as we were told. A smart move because with some big storms we ended up with water in the house and were here to prevent damage. Brandon went on vacation that week after stating he would go nowhere til our roof was completed. The next week we were informed that there was a shortage of roof material - not enough was ordered. Brandon assured us daily the material would be delivered with in the next few days. Two weeks, and several rain storms, later, the materials were delivered. If we had know it was going to be so long we would have insisted on a tarp to protect our roof. Fortunately the roofing crew cared and did an amazing job, but it took them two more weeks to finish. 39 days start to finish.... Throughout the entire ordeal Brandon either ignored our calls, emails and texts, or just plain lied to us. We were not informed as to what was going on and left frustrated and afraid of rain on a daily basis. He minimally compensated us for the driveway damage and frustration we dealt with. If things go well I am sure he is wonderful to work with - just hope no kinks arise because you will be sorry you used this company. After waiting a while for him to send the warranty he finally emailed us something that did not make sense to us. Our email we sent six days ago requesting more information is still unanswered.10/17In response to Brandon:You could not even spell my name correctly.You did not address why you did not show up on the day you told us you were going to start.Why was it out of your control that the driveway was damaged after we told you the correct way to leave our property and you did not heed our instructions? You did give us $1000 for repairs, but now we have to deal with a repair and more contractors...How could this have been more frustrating for you than us? You went on vacation and we stayed home to keep water out of our house.I hope people carefully read your response.

Less than a year into purchasing a new home we realized our Gutters were not doing what they should be. We contacted several companies, and Home Remedy was the first, the most professional, most communicative and upon their arrival for the estimate the most courteous or all that we reached out to. The estimate visit was scheduled quickly, and was a relaxed (non-pressure) visit. They provided options and possibilities for the work to be performed and answered my many questions with ease. We decided quickly to go with Home Remedy and approved the Estimate. The team called a week ahead to let us know when they'd be coming by (weather permitting). The team worked quickly and tirelessly throughout the day to finish up our big job in one day. They even found an existing issue with our roof/shingles on the back side of our house that they stopped to show and explain. (They are going to come back out to provide and estimate on that work as well. )A week after we had a small drip in one of the junctions and they were out to seal it right away. It's been two months since their work replacing our gutters and we've had no issues at all. The entire team has my approval, from communication, reliability, and work quality. In my experience they were not a roofing company just a subcontractor. It's been 6 months since roof was installed, it looks good and functions great. The problem I have with the company was during the removal of the shingles. There was 2 things they did I did not agree with at all. First the removal of structural metal in the valley's of the roof. Second was replaceing boards that were damaged. I was told they would only remove the small section that was damaged instead they ripped out the entire board and charged me for it. To the tune of an extra $1400. When I asked the representative from home remedy why they were doing that his response was I don't know why. Based on my dealings with them I would not recommend them.Service: Roof installation

Historic church in Terrell, NC worked successfully with Home Remedy USA/Gutter Pro USA to replace roofing and guttering of large building containing Sanctuary, Narthex, and, offices. Cost very reasonable, workmanship excellent, quality GAF 50-year warranted materials, all new gutters with Leaf Slugger covers, downspouts. Installers very respectful of property. No problem with clean up. CEO Brandon Fries on site to supervise all aspects of installation and completion. Highly recommend.

We would highly recommend Home Remedy USA for any job you need.This will be a long and glowing review. In 2009 we had Home Depot replace our roof with GAF shingles, 50 year warranty also purchased a 20 year craftsmanship warranty.   We thought we wouldn't have to deal with any roof issues in our lifetime. In 2011 the shingles began sliding down, of course we contacted GAF and they would send someone to repair the roof. This would happen every couple years. This was very frustrating to constantly deal with. So in 2022 we had to pay a contractor to remove 3 shingles and ship them to GAF just to prove they were high nailed and only 3 nails per shingle. That was $300 out of our pocket. In 2023 the GAF rep contacted the same contractor that had examined our roof a couple other times to give an estimate on repairs again.Then one morning our "knight in shining armor" Brandon Fries with Home Remedy USA called to say he was running 30 minutes late but he would be there. Our GAF rep had not let us know that Brandon was coming to give an estimate. We told him we would love someone else to give an estimate. Needless to say we bent Brandon's ear about how dissatisfied we were about the roof installation craftsmanship and our GAF rep. He asked to see all communications between us and the GAF rep. Brandon immediately got on the phone with his reps and the ball started rolling. He kept us updated on the progress he was making with GAF. Within 2 weeks we had a completely new roof at no cost to us. His crew of 8 or 9 came early one morning and finished late that same day! His site manager Brian was a great asset to the company. We would highly recommend Home Remedy USA for any job. Brandon went above and beyond to help us with our problems. Highly, highly recommend!Service: Roof installation

First review from last year (we have since moved): Home Remedy is a breath of fresh air in a market saturated with DIY hacks that think they can do construction work.Brandon was professional 100% of the time-phone calls, text messages, emails, and face-to-face.They did quality work that was above and beyond.-They worked quickly and efficiently. My single and metal roof was torn off, bad wood replaced and new shingles put on all in one day.-They put tarps down all around my house to prevent making a mess.-They cleaned up continuously, used the magnetic sweeper in my driveway, and kept my porch clean with the blower.-I tend to hover and micromanage because of poor past experiences, but Brandon and DJ both were more than happy to let me stick around and watch them all work.I could not be happier with Home Remedy USA. Great experience from beginning to end. My wife and I had some remodeling work done by another company and the renovations were less than quality. The company that did our renovations left the roof a mess over our porch gable. I called Home Remedy about a week after the other contractor had finished because we noticed our roof was leaking. Brandon came out and evaluated the problem. He took some pictures to show me the problems and suggest corrective measures. We also got a quote on guttering for our home. Outstanding service from everyone involved. From the first visit Brandon Fries immediately noticed several things that I had not noticed and recommended solutions to solve the problems. There was no pushy sales pitch just an honest assessment of what was needed. In the installation his crews worked extremely hard, had great attitudes and attention to detail. They used the latest technology to do the job correctly and kept me abreast of how the job was going. I was having some trouble with the chimney leaking and this was corrected.
