Tim is a great man and he is honest. He put gutters on our home and the work was great, I couldn't of asked for more. He put the rear and front gutters on our home. We live out in vale area. I wish I could give more than 5 start because he was on time and did a wonderful job. I will be referring more people to him. Tim has a wonderful family and he will be getting more of my business in the future. Sorry for the name that comes up as jeff Smith but Tim will know who this is. After several texts and calls, I finally got On time gutters out to our home to give me an estimate on some gutter repair. I asked him to e-mail a quote to me for repairs. The quote never arrived. Even after several texts assuring that he would, I still haven’t received it. It’s been well over a month. So, if timeliness and follow-through are important to you, I’d look elsewhere for your gutter work.

On time gutters was supposed to do my gutters this past Thursday. After waiting several weeks while he got his truck fixed, he told me he would come Thursday morning and complete the work. He never showed or called. The name of the company is a joke

And continued to answer my calls/texts- which doesn’t sound like much until you start looking for this kind of work! Great communication, great product, great work. Called a few days ago to get an estimate. Heard from Tim promptly, but he wasn't able to get out to look at our job for three days after indicating that he could come out late the same day for an estimate. I was glad to hear that he was busy with other work, but would have appreciated him telling me up front that it would be a while before he could come out for the estimate rather than stringing me along with excuses at the last minute each day.

Tim Clawson has installed new gutters with gutter guards and he has installed gutter guards on older existing gutters. His work is like his character, impeccable. Tim's business is aptly named "On Time" because he is always on time. I am happy he lives just down the street because I count him and his wife, Liz, to be true friends, a rarity. This company made an appointment and didn’t show. Months later I tried again and someone came, he looked at the problem and said he would get back to us and never did. I found someone else who fixed the gutters without any problem.

I called two weeks ago and was told I would get a call back to discuss. I got a call a few days later to let me know about a doctor appointment and that I would be called and visited soon after. Nothing since then. I'm moving on to another service!!
