So, Lowell decided to ignore the "no soliciting" sign at the front door AND disrupt my wife in an important meeting. That was lousy enough. The company could very well mail us the doc he dropped off. I asked him to speak at the driveway outside of earshot. The very first thing he did was COMPLETELY over exaggerate the condition of our roof. We've had 2 separate companies tell us we have 5-8 years left on the roof and our yearly check for roof issues done by our usual roofer was just completed recently, so it was aggravating that after blowing off our sign for not ringing the bell, he was already giving bad info right from the start. I suggest next time dropping a letter in the mail and letting US decide when to fix things - this way insured we will NEVER call.

They explained every step of the roof replacement process to me before the work started, and the communication with the office in Raeford was very courteous. I cannot reccomend The Roof Mentors or Mr. Dalton enough! They were working on my neighbors house when they stopped by to talk to me and offered a free inspection I had no idea my roof was in that bad of shape. We had a couple water spots on the ceiling but I thought that was normal. Dalton helped us through the entire insurance process and now me and my neighbor have matching roofs! Again thank you guys for all your help and communication it was much appreciated. If you have ANY roofing questions you need to give The Roof Mentors a call!

The Roof Mentors was highly recommended to us by a friend in Raeford, and they did not disappoint! Our roof was pretty badly damaged due to heavy rains, and we appreciated that they didn’t push us to make any decisions right away but rather explained what was wrong and walked us through our options. After sleeping on it, we decided to call Nicholas the next day. He worked us in and was at our house within hours for us to pick a shngle color. The crew arrived on time, kindly answered all of our questions, and did a fantastic job! Would definitely reccomend!

We hired these guys to do some repairs for us on our roof to prepare for an upcoming hurricane. It was 2 days before the storm was supposed to hit and even though it was last minute, they still made time to come and do the repair for us. We live out of state and rent out our home in Raeford. I was nervous to get the work done without us being there, but Mr. Vinnie assured us that we were in good hands. He sent us photos of the damage, met the adjuster, we signed the contract electronically, and they sent us photos during and after the build. It was a smooth process throughout, and I couldn’t imagine using another company. If we have any problems with our other rentals, we will be sure to call The Roof Mentors!

We got our roof replaced and then decided to get black gutters to match. The roof mentors completed both of these projects for us and it looks fantastic! the gutters mke the entire roof pop.and we could not be happier with how everything turned out!
