I recently had A & M Premier Roofing & Construction complete a large project on my house, and I'm incredibly happy with the results. The scope of work was extensive: replacing the entire roof with a beautiful standing seam metal roof, custom fabricating chimney caps for both chimneys, painting the entire exterior of the house, and refinishing and repainting an interior vaulted ceiling due to damage from several previous leaks (different roofing company had installed only 12 years ago).From the beginning, the sales process was exceptional. Cody and Nick were incredibly knowledgeable and patient, answering my numerous questions (admittedly, there were a lot with such a large project!). While the insurance claim wasn't an option, and A & M's bid wasn't the lowest, the positive reviews and thoroughness of the team inspired me with confidence in their quality.This confidence proved to be well-founded. The roofing crew were incredibly thorough in prepping the roof for the new metal roof. This gave me peace of mind, especially considering the prior leak issues I had experienced. They ensured everything was properly flashed, addressing those past problems and giving me confidence that my roof will be watertight for years to come. Also, the painters were fantastic. They invested significant time preparing the surfaces before repainting. I was so impressed that I would hire them again in a heartbeat! The final product is great, and I've received countless compliments from neighbors on how great the house looks. There was a minor issue when the painting crew accidentally damaged a section of the yard and irrigation system next to the driveway; however, they responded quickly and ensured everything was properly repaired.The one area for improvement would be communication. While the office staff was readily available to answer my questions and resolve any concerns, the flow of information regarding next steps could be smoother - I think this is due to the scope requiring different crews and multiple parts of the business involved. Additionally, I found myself having to review the detailed work scope with the crews on arrival as they weren't always fully briefed. Overall, these were minor bumps in an otherwise impressive project. A & M Premier Roofing & Construction delivered exceptional quality work, with a fantastic team that prioritized customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them for any roofing or renovation project!

A&M recently replaced my roof. The process went smoothly and swiftly from beginning to end. The office staff and on-site manager kept me informed during the entire process. Inadvertently the crew left behind a few things, but the project manager promptly arrived shortly after to clean up the remaining items. This company is very professional. Simply the best!!This roofing company is the best!! I usually run everyone off. Zach was genuinely kind in explaining what he wanted to do. I was pleasantly surprised with each interaction. From 1st initial contact with Zach, to Darienne, Onna, Wendy and to the last contact with Alexi!! They were prompt, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. A&M handled all the paperwork for me. The roof crew with Lester, took time & ultimate care to preprep and cover all areas to prevent damage to my property, such as my flowers, garden, siding and deck. They quickly removed the old roof, put on the new one and thoroughly cleaned the property. They also took all the waste and debris with them. It was a truly pleasant experience. Thank you!! He really gave me an extremely high confidence level that A&M sincerely cared about their customer satisfaction . They performed an inspection, met with our insurance representative and guided us step by step through the process. A & M Premier is Awesome!To begin with, Mark was our first point of contact. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in his inspection of the damage to our roof. Mark had the tools and equipment needed to do his job professionally. I was busy moving my Dad, and he even assisted me in working with the insurance company. Mark had a great personality, and he even followed up when the job was completed. Andrew was the next point of contact concerning the shingles and was informed. Then the day came for installation. The company scheduled plenty of installers to do the job. It was done in one day. They ensured everything was covered and protected. The installers worked diligently to keep the yard clean from debris and it was a super windy day. The office specialist, who unfortunately I didn’t write her name down, did an amazing job. She was a conductor leading an orchestra. Each person kept me informed, and each showed up on time. Their hard work made my old house (1995) look like a beautiful brand new one. Highly recommend!

We have researched and spoken with many roofing companies over the years, however A & M Premier was the only company that won us over. Very honest & trustworthy team. They did everything that they said they would, from working directly with our insurance company, to quickly scheduling our roof replacement to following up to ensure our satisfaction. I never once had to “chase” someone down for answers to any question that I had. Everything was very straightforward and professional. They did a wonderful job on our full roof replacement and their crew cleaned up very well afterwards. A&M Premier Roofing has proved me wrong. I was starting to feel like all the contractors were a scam; most of them can be kind of pushy. This is understandable in a tight and crowded market. When A&M Premier project manager Malik M came to me, I was in my deciding stage and he was patient with all my questions and was very professional. We talked about what the steps were because this is the first time I have had to make a claim for my house. He met with the insurance adjuster and helped me through the process. Even when the Customer Service Rep Hafsa came to my house we were put at ease that this is a very professional company and the fact that they helped veterans was a plus for me because I myself am a USAF disabled veteran. They also showed that they back everything they do with a warranty from the company and the manufacturer. When the crew got to my house they were very respectful and did a tremendous job with installation and cleanup. I have a few rental properties that had roof damage after some series of storms. I contacted a few roofing companies and A & M roofing gave me the best impression initially so I decided to go with them. The process was relatively easy. Every department has their specific roles in the process and it was all clearly explained to me. We had an issue with some incorrect tiles at first but A&M took care of it immediately and the roof came out great. More importantly nothing was delayed! I was impressed by that. In fact, I have rehired them for a second roof!

A&M roofing did a great job in all aspects of our roof replacement. They helped with submitting the claim to my insurance company and followed up to assure that the estimates from the insurance company were thorough and accurate. A&M reps provided us a step by step review of how the project would be progress, the materials to be used and a detailed start to finish schedule. They arrived on schedule and completed the project on time. That included everything from tarps to cover plants, stairs, heat pumps to the final cleanup. Based on what they observed after removal of the old roof, they recommended (and we agreed to) changes to the plan which would result in a better end product. I was especially impressed by the Production Manager, Noel Jimenez, assigned to my project. He was an excellent communicator and was clearly an expert in all aspects of roofing repair/replacement. He explained all of the how, why and who details of the work as it progressed and many photos to what was done. Having had previous personal experience in home construction, I was very impressed by the quality of A&M overall and the team members assigned to my roof project and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a roofing project. Just want to give a shout out to a local business owned and operated by veterans. A & M Premier just replaced our roof, secondary to storm damage. Since we have solar panels, it was a little more complicated. A & M removed the panels, replaced our roof, and re-installed the panels. They were efficient, thorough, and conscientious. After the job was completed, they cleaned up after themselves and hauled everything away. Noel was our project manager-he coordinated everything and was great to work with! We are very satisfied with the entire project and highly recommend this company!

Company did a good job. The roof looks good. There are no wavy or crooked shingles. The construction crew was efficient. We asked them to come back and drag the magnet around to get some remaining nails and they came back the same day. They were on site for inspection and handled a lot of communication with the insurance company.I can’t complain.
