Incredible experience from beginning to end. Our account representative Cody was supportive, a high level communicator and patient with insurance needs. The team was very honest about the state of our roof and a few additional precautions we needed to take to make sure the replacement would have a long, healthy life. The roofing team was on time, fast and protected the house and grounds. The project lead Jonathan even went out of his way to help me get my sick daughter inside (obviously not in his job description!). Adam (owner) was on site each day of the project and did a final walk through of each stage. We cannot recommend this company ENOUGH! Thank you, AJT!

AJT Construction designed and built my new front porch. Previously there was just a small concrete slab porch in front of the door, and I am loving this gorgeous and comfortable addition to my house! AJT exceeded my expectations in every phase of this project, from designing it to the beautiful final product. They made sure to have all permits and passed inspections. Adam and Cody listened carefully to what I desired, made great suggestions, and were at all times responsive to my thoughts and myriad questions. The workmanship on building the porch, wider steps, and new sidewalk was excellent. Each crew (construction, brick masons, painters, electricians, etc.) was highly skilled, paid utmost attention to details, had great attitudes, and left the area clean. They never cut corners but went above and beyond. I had used AJT for other projects previously, and I can recommend them without hesitation!

If you want THE BEST in the industry, you’ll find it with AJT Construction, Inc. We have hired them for multiple jobs and referred them business within our own network countless times! We have had such a wonderful experience with Adam and AJT Construction, Inc., over and over again!We first called on them in the Fall of 2019 to do a total exterior renovation that included new siding, paint, windows, doors, and gutters. The work was extensive on our 35+yo house, but Adam communicated every step of the way, and the team got it done pretty quickly! When our home needed some structural repair this year, Spring of 2024, I called Adam again in hopes that AJT could work their magic. I was thrilled when he said they could take on the job, albeit a much smaller project than our previous one. We decided to add on a few punch list items, as well, and I’m glad we did! Adam and AJT Construction, Inc. went ABOVE and BEYOND our expectations! The meticulous effort, open communication, and attention to detail are the reasons we will continue to be repeat customers and spread the word about AJT Construction, Inc. to everyone we know!

We had our deck rebuilt built by AJT construction.Everything with this project went smoothly. Starting with getting a quote, accepting the quote, scheduling, etc. The carpenters were very professional and took pride in their work. The salesman and owner kept in touch almost daily. WE would highly record this company . They also do doors, windows, roofs, siding.8 weeks later they came back and stained the deck. Again professional, on time and excellent work! The owner, Adam, always follows up to make sure you are happy and adresses any of your concerns no matter how minor. He also comes by in person to see the work and pick up payment.

We would highly recommend AJT to anyone needing to get work done to their home. So far we've had them replace our deck, screened in porch, all of our exterior doors, 9 of our windows, plus they cut in 2 new windows. Before starting work we received quotes from several other companies and AJT was fairly priced. Adam and Cody are EXCELLENT communicators keeping us posted on any and all updates. Their team (including their painting and electrical subcontractors) are all top notch and extremely courteous. They made sure everything was done right. Really am impressed with the whole team. Cody came round and quoted the windows, he obviously had a lot of knowledge and experience as he talked me through everything and helped plan it all out. The windows were delivered to my house and the next morning the team turned up and started installing. Adam was great and working around my availability to do the install and I have zero complaints. The windows look fantastic, they were installed quickly and easily and the whole process was a delight. The quote was also accurate and I paid exactly what was quoted apart from one bit of framing that was rotting out. They communicated what the additional cost would be BEFORE doing the work to make sure I was happy and it really was not a lot extra to rip that out and replace with some fresh timber. So not a single surprise when it came to the pennies.It is worth noting that I do not like having people in my house, but Cesar and his college were so respectful and polite. Hard workers too, I really had no issue with them being here and completing the work at all! We also got our gutters done, a different team showed up and with a couple of hours had extruded and fitted the awesome new gutters.Just to demonstrate the level of care these guys took, once the windows were complete, they cleaned up EVERYTHING and left it in a perfect state. They even had a guy walking around with a magnet to pick up and dropped screws or metal pieces that may have been missed in the leaves.Highly recommend AJT. They are polite, professional and consistent. You really do get what you pay for, I am glad we didnt cheap out on the windows as the quality of work was really impressive and they dealt with everything exactly as I would want them to. Well done guys!

We recently had all 16 of our windows in our townhome replaced by AJT Construction and the process could not have been smoother or better. From quoting with Cody and getting the installs completed with Adam, the whole crew was fantastic, especially the installers Cesar and Oscar. They really cared about the job being done right and went out of their way to explain anything you wanted info on. There was never a feeling that they were just putting in time. They took great care to respect our property and treated it like it was their own. I would absolutely use AJT again on anything I needed repaired and would trust them on any size job. They're fantastic!

Adam, his crew and foreman Rad were phenomenal! I had my entire home re-sided, painted and new gutters installed. The workmanship and attention to detail was everything I could want as a homeowner. It all started with a very professional presentation by Adam, whereby I had no questions left unanswered and a feeling of quality products for a reasonable price. He and his team spent the time with me to go over the details before, during and after the project as well as make adjustments on the fly to meet my requirements. I essentially have a brand new exterior on my home and couldn't be happier. Thank you Adam and team! Adam and his team did a big job for our home. He installed a new roof, siding, gutters, replaced wood rot, and a few other things. We chose Adam because he's local, his quote was fair, and you could tell he took pride in his work. His team did a fantastic job with great quality of work. He was very communicative. He sent us frequent updates to let us know what they were working on and how everything was going. He was awesome about answering our questions. I would definitely recommend AJT, and I will use them again if we ever need more work done.

AJT completely redid the siding on my home with Hardi plank, painted it, upgraded gutters/downspouts, and replaced all the windows. We've got nothing but positive remarks for AJT Construction. Within a day or less we got a call back from an inquiry email. Cody was out to talk to us soon after and provided a detailed quote, along with answering any questions we had about the process. Once we decided to move forward, communication was frequent and clear. Adam has streamlined the siding replacement process and does it all by the book, meeting all James Hardie spec requirements. Adam and his team were amazing to work with, from the very start to the finish! They helped us demo, design, rebuild (and enlarge) our deck! They then turned our screened in porch into a 3 season room with EZ breeze windows and installed the most beautiful ceiling! About a month after the completion of our project, Adam saved us when we had another (completely unrelated) house project turn into a nightmare. His team showed up the same day we called and fixed the exterior siding of our house! We cannot say enough good things about AJT.

Adam and his team replaced my roof and gutters this year and did a fantastic job. My neighbor originally recommended AJT construction and were super happy with them so I called and requested a quote. The communication by this company was by far the best I have ever seen from a contractor. Adam ( the owner) explained everything very well and answered all my questions so I felt comfortable with the process and my decisions. When the crew showed up at my house they were super professional and very polite. Adam was very involved and when he wasn’t there his dad or his team lead Rad were onsite overseeing the work. Both his dad and Rad were excellent to work with as well. Again, communication was great as they kept me in the loop of how work was progressing and what to expect next. They handled everything from a general contracting perspective and made this home improvement project my easiest one yet. The quality of the work was fantastic. I would definitely recommend AJT construction to all my neighbors and friends.

Adam and his team did an amazing job on our new roof! He was professional and treated the project like he was doing the work on his own home. He went out of his way to meet with my wife and I multiple times to make sure all of our questions and concerns were addressed and answered before moving forward. He came in and saw areas in the way the original roof was constructed that could be improved to help prevent leaks from occurring again down the road. They've just completed a fairly extensive job at my home which included siding replacement, window replacement, significant trim repair/replacing wood-rot, and painting the entire exterior.
