We thoroughly enjoyed having Matt to assist us with our roofing needs. He gave us plenty of time and samples to choose what we wanted for the color. He was a good listener regarding our concerns about the water drainage off the roof. He offered knowledgeable suggestions, and we couldn’t be more pleased and confident with how the roof is working. After the job the cleanup was excellent, even using a magnet to pickup all the nails. . I would definitely recommend your company again!

Exceptional service. When my roof needed to be replaced and not from storm damage, I asked my insurance agent who he trusts most since they are dealing with this issue all the time. He said that Matt Maresh from Allen & Dean's stood out far above any one else. I have to agree. Materials and workmanship were excellent. Price was reasonable and I actually had them do my daughter's house as well. They are number one in my book.

We have worked with the team at Allen & Deans for many years. They have replaced gutters and fascia at our home in North Raleigh. They are among the most reasonably priced roofing and gutter services. More importantly, their attention to detail and customer service are among the best out there. When we moved to Raleigh in 2004 we needed new gutters on our old house. We did lots of research and chose Allen & Deans based on neighborhood recommendations. Matt Maresh and his team came and did an absolutely terrific job. They resized the entire network, convinced me to install leaf guards (on 40-foot high roof, probably saved my life several times from falling off ladders), and their work is standing up to fallen tree branches and storms 17 years later. More recently we asked them to add a new gutter to the one part of the house that didn't have one, and again they did a careful, professional job, working around our landscaping. I received a call back the same day I left a message. Matt came out within a couple of days, went through everything to make sure he knew what we wanted, then provided me with a thorough estimate. We called Allen & Deans for a quote for a leaky gutter on one side of the house. Matt came on time, introduced himself, and he and his crew promptly diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot! I was pleasantly surprised by his professionalism and candid resolution. We'll be using them again!

Matt and his team did a great job replacing my gutters and adding downspouts. I had a problem with gutters overflowing and he sent his guys out right away. Turns out they were not even responsible for the problem--I had too few drainage pipes for too many gutters.

Matt from Allen and Deans came out in mid July to give me an estimate on repairing damaged fascia and soffit . I was pleasantly surprised with how reasonable the quote was. The repairmen showed up today, in fact a little before the expected time. My home is older so finding vented soffit to match was not possible, and I had already done my homework so I knew what I was facing. Although the new soffit doesn't match the old, its not very noticeable. I was extremely pleased with the work and will be calling them again when I need to replace my shingles.

These guys might do great work but I would never know since they wasted so much of my time! I saw good reviews of them online and so reached-out to make an appointment but they never showed-up. They then called to apologize for the no-show and so we set another meeting and this time they did show-up and offered a discount on some work that needed to be done. They also pointed out some additional work which kind of needed to be done and so set a time for them to come-out and do the work which needed to be done and also quote the addtional work which kind of needed to be done. However, they did not show-up again! They then called to reschedule and I said let's do the work needed to be done first and see how that goes but never from them. So,my advice is to stay away unless if you have a really big job for them, otherwise, they will waste your time. I wish they would have just been more upfront with me.

They have a poor record-keeping, horrible to follow up and truly no a reliable company. Ended up going with a different company even after thinking I have everything good and scheduled for 2 months. Agree with the previous review, Terry doesn't do a good job calling back nor answering the phone.

I cannot get them to call me back. I have called the office several times. The lady that answers assures me that someone will return my call, but no one ever does. It's sad. I have used them in the past with great results, but I guess they dont value their customers. Unfortunately, I do not recommend them!!

I have used Allen and Deans for work both at home and my place of business. They are responsive and give clear estimates that they stand by. There is good communication about scheduling and they have handled siding and roofing work well. I will not hesitate to use them again.
