Chase Wilder was nice and professional. He went above and beyond what was asked of him. My siding was flapping in the wind, and he climbed up that 40-foot ladder to make it right. I saw his truck on the street parked in my neighborhood and decided to ask him for help. Although I didn't have an appointment at the time, he took the time to look at my siding and fix it right away. We spoke about siding and possibly installing a new roof.I just want to say thank you to Chase and Alpha Omega Construction for their help with my home. Thank you Chase for taking the time to help me even when you didn't have to.I even offered to pay him, but he said he could not take my money because the job that wouldn’t be right. This shows the integrity of Alpha Omega Construction and their employees.Although I did not have an appointment, he took his personal time to make sure that it was done the right way. I continued to offer him money for his services, and he continued to refuse. He stated that he doesn't believe he can take my money because it would not have been ethical. With all of these horrible winter rainstorms, we unexpectedly ended up with water damage in our home. It was during the midst of the holiday season and this company has been great to deal with over the past few weeks to get everything fixed. Absolutely terrible. They installed the roof for my new home and they clearly didn't care about doing a respectable job. The home leaked within a month. There a holes and exposed nails throughout. They didn't cover the overhang properly and the shingles don't even cover the trim. Absolute hack job and they don't care. Then they "repaired" it after the first leak, but it they ignored most of the problems. They "repaired" it again later, but still ignored most of the problems. After two repairs, there is still holes throughout, exposed OSB, poorly woven valleys, misaligned flashing, and improper overhang.

Last week, Alpha Omega replaced my roof and did an awesome job! I chose Alpha Omega because of Brandon Walters' outstanding professionalism!! From the start, Brandon has been respectful, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He is truly an asset to the company!! What Brandon explained would happen did happen exactly as he said it would. Alpha Omega construction was the roofer our builder had contracted when we bought our house. 4 years into the house we noticed a minor leak in the attic so we had them come and inspect. I worked with Tania Cruz on scheduling the inspection and she was "super responsive" and stayed on top of things in getting it scheduled and ensuring the service was delivered on time. Peter, their engineer that came to inspect and supervise the fix was extremely professional and "ethical". He had a wealth of knowledge and was quick to diagnose & fix the issue. Kudos to the team!! Alpha-Omega was hired to repair my roof. The first crew was a no show on scheduled date. Day two, a crew showed up with just a caulk gun and none of the material to fix roof. The next day, day three, I was told a crew would be there within the hour. No crew showed up. Finally, on the fourth attempt, a crew with correct material showed up and the repair was made.Too soon to say if repair resolved leak.

Alpha-Omega installed a new roof for us last week. We are very happy with not only the installation but the clean up job as well. They finished in a reasonable amount of time, quicker than expected, even with the beating sun and high temps. We're happy with the job and would definitely recommend.

We purchased our home from Lennar back in 2016. I found a leak recently after one of our heavy rains- had not noticed it before. I found out who the original roof installer was for them- Alpha Omega. Contacted them and they immediately got back in touch with me. Sent out a warranty crew and discovered the issue(s) and repaired them on the spot! Keith and the crew with Alpha Omega were very courteous and fast. Due to hail damage my entire roof needed to be replaced. Keith came right out and did an inspection. He then gave me the option of picking the color of shingles I wanted. His crew completed the full roof replacement in less than a day. They also left my yard spotless, other than the new shingles I would have never known they had been there. I can’t recommend Alpha Omega enough.

It went so well that I begged him to coordinate the other components to complete the project such as gutters siding fascia etc. all work has been completed professionally. Alpha Omega Construction Group were the contractors on our new construction home by Keystone Homes, Inc. in Burlington, NC. Most recently, a section of siding, THAT WAS NOT PROPERLY INSTALLED AT THE CONSTRUCTION PHASE, was blown off during Hurricane Ian. Although we possess written documentation listing that the section was not properly installed at construction of our home, we still were invoiced.On 10/11/2022, an individual showed up, installed the new section of siding and departed our home. Upon washing down the driveway and walkway, like I do on a weekly basis, "Washdown Wednesday" I observed 2 nails that were left on the concrete seam on our walkway. About 5 minutes later, I observed a siding nail that is used to secure the siding to the adjorning section.My Wife and I have a 2 year old daughter, and if you have or ever had a toddler, what do they do? PUT EVERYTHING IN THEIR MOUTHS....I placed a called to the secretary, but no reply back.The repair looks good, don't get me wrong, BUT NO CUSTOMER OR CLIENT SHOULD HAVE TO CLEAN UP AN CONTRACTOR'S WORK.Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage
