BCR did an amazing job on my roof! We chose Duration midnight plum shingles. Installation was completed on September 22. They put two roofing crews on it so they could finish the roof before Tropical Storm Ophelia brought a substantial amount of rain. Codi stopped by to offer us a free inspection, but we were not interested at the time, so we took his card. He was able to give us tremendous amounts of information about our roof, and this company. He was very respectful and seemed like a very trustworthy person. If you’re looking to get your roof inspected, or replaced, we would highly recommend you reach out to him. The last storm that knocked out power through most of Durham hit our neighborhood particularly hard, knocking down a few branches and debris in our yard and on the house. Logan came to give us a free roof inspection and did a great job! He was very professional and knowledgeable. Logan and Shannon were awesome - they were professional and efficient and explained that this work could be covered by our home owners insurance. I would extremely avoid best choice roofing. They do good work but it won't comes to billing their salesman's tell you one story. And then when you talk to the office you get another story cuz nobody has a clue what's going on. Then when you get your actual bill they hand you one bill. Then the office calls you back and charges you another charge which is well over what the agreed price was to be paid. They scam you for money. They rip you off in every single way they possibly can. They are not a very reputable company. I am going to the better business bureau about this. We agreed on a price and they are trying to charge me $6,000 over the top of that price. And their excuses. They fired everybody who was involved with my original deal and they have all new people. That's not my problem.

I am surprised at how poorly the process was. In the beginning I was rushed to get things done. Then when it was time to start they would not answer the phone or return phone calls in a timely manner. My paperwork got lost and I was blamed for the delay. We had a time sensitive situation and they blamed me for managing it poorly when they would not respond to me after I asked for time frames after their initial push to start. They also decided to come up with additional fees weeks after leaving unused items in my yard that I was charged for but now they are seeking more money. I will not use them again nir will I recommend them.Service: Roof repair

ChaunSeiple has a friendly personality that makes it easy to ask questions and understand what he is talking about. Not only does he stand by his word and the company Best Choice Roofing but Chaun will help you with other improvements to your home. I asked Chaun about gutters for my house and Chaun said....i can help you with that too. Chaun Seiple returned to check on my roof, roofing crew, clean up and if I was satisfied with the job. I'm a very happy customers with Best Choice Roofing & Chaun Seiple for seeing the need & getting my new roof.Also, to give a thumbs up to Billy Odom for coming out to check on material that was delivered and for making sure the roofing crew knew what to do and not do & looking out for my flowers that were around one side of my house. In a month and a half, Cory Petrick checked my roof and got my insurance to cover almost all the cost! Was explained thoroughly and any questions were answered promptly. The actual tearing off the old roof and installing of the new one only took a day. Highly recommend.
