The entire team at BGC was phenomenal to work with. I had never had a roof replaced or dealt with my home insurance before, but BGC made it so easy. From our first meeting with Bilal, he walked us through every step and we had great office communication from Jennifer. We had also lost a down spout during a storm that damaged our roof and the team came out multiple times (to get a ladder high enough!) to complete the work. They took great care while on site as well. Highly recommend BGC

My family and I were so impressed with the professional, quality roofing / construction services provided by BGC Expert Contractors! We cannot say enough positive things about our project manager Andrew Womble. Following a recent storm, he personally handled every facet of our roofing project and set our family at ease. He completed our post-storm roofing inspection, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment, prepared a complete and thorough report and answered all questions we had. Andrew is a very honest and sincere employee, carefully assisting with all contacts to our homeowner’s insurance company and is well-respected in this industry. He was on-site each day during our roof replacement to ensure oversight of the construction roofing crew, and even returned several times to ensure roofing nails were picked up by rolling our entire yard with a magnet! This is a local family business who provided us with quality roofing replacement products and construction work which were second-to-none. We would absolutely recommend BGC Expert Contractors to anyone in need of an honest company to provide the finest quality roofing services who stand behind their work. I appreciated the professionalism that everyone at BGC Expert Contractors displayed in working on replacing our roof. Daniel White was very responsive to any questions I had throughout the process, the scheduling was easy and flexible, and the crew was efficient and thorough on the day the work was completed. One of the project managers, Harold, also stopped by to check on things near the end of the day of the roof replacement. Overall, they were straight forward and easy to work with, and I would recommend them to anyone considering a roof replacement or repair project.

BGC did a really good job in replacing my roof. I was denied by nationwide in 2021, Bilal help me in 2023 to help with the claim and he represented me for the adjuster meeting. And finally they approved the roof for full replacement. I’ll recommend BGC to anyone who wants to get there roof replacement and I guarantee they will help you with everything.

A few days ago, I had to replace the roof of my house and I couldn't find a better company and representative to do it better than this company, BGC Expert Contractors. I highly recommend the company BGC and its sales manager Daniel White. He is very nice and professional. He helped me with the entire process starting with the insurance claim and making sure to do everything necessary to get the insurance approved to finishing all the work. He is incredible. I am very grateful to Daniel.

If you plan on leaving comments, then I’m going to leave one here. If you can respect contractors, you can also respect pink collar workers. What we do is valuable and not worth only 10 an hour. while leaving your folks 30 an hour. a nanny IS a real career. particularly nannies doing this for their CAREER. Please do not delete very real reviews from your employees, as it appears you have because I only see reviews from your customers. it’s dishonest, and makes you look bad. I know you’ll not even hear this, but sending anyways.Have a good year.I love MY JOB.Thanks.

Everyone I dealt with were extremely trustworthy and customer driven. I could tell everyone had my best intentions as a consumer and not a target as I have experienced in the past. I could tell right away that both Lee H. and Laura S. were top notch. Rarely do I see this level of customer service and care anymore. And as far as the work goes... I have. beautiful new roof that's already been tested and passed with flying colors. I would highly recommend this group... especially if you ask for Lee and Laura.

Andrew inspected our roof and found numerous spots of hail damage on the roof and gutters. He met with the insurance adjuster and they agreed with his review. BGC did a great job installing the new roof and gutters. Andrew provided with samples (real samples) and left them with us for a week to decide on the color. Everything looks great. BGC also have the highest certifications from GAF for installers which is great to know.

BGC installed a new roof on my house after it sustained significant storm damage. Garrett was my point of contact for the project. He was professional and very responsive. He worked with my insurance company throughout the claim process and kept me informed along the way. Once the job was completed, Garrett performed a walk around inspection of the work and swept the yard and driveway for any roofing nails that might have been left behind. The next day, Alex, came by to do another sweep for nails. Whenever I would call the BGC office someone always answered the phone. Everyone I dealt with at BGC was very thorough and very conscientious. I highly recommend BGC for any home construction projects.

Good quality workmanship and craftsmanship. They put tarp around the house and did an excellent job cleaning up. One of the best work crews we have seen in a long time. They followed up on everything and made a large effort. We were especially impressed with the representative, Garrett. He did an awesome job handling the entire job from start to finish. August 15th was a memorable day as a home owner ! For a brief few minutes I've never quite experienced a storm/tornado like we had to go thru our neighborhood. I was in total shock when it was over and I began to survey the damage. Very soon after the storm the neighborhood was filled with roofing companies. Too many to count but BGC Expert Contractors just stood out to me. They quickly got my attention with their genuine concern and professional presentation. Daniel White and Garrett Ball quickly eased my mind, offered a free estimate and presented me with a folder from their company detailing their mission statement, the products they use and offering to be with me when the Insurance Adjuster came to inspect. All my questions were answered, they checked in periodically until I got insurance approval. Every step and the details of the roofing installation was explained in clear detail that I could understand. Installation day was flawless. No issues at all. Roofers were on time, took great care of my property and my roof looks amazing ! I couldn't be more pleased with BGC. My biggest take away was their approach. It was obvious that Daniel White took pride in knowing his business and believing in his company that they could guarantee quality work and professionalism. We had a new roof from BGC put in just over a week ago and could not be happier. The crew arrived at 7am and were done by lunch. They were very professional and efficient and we love the roof. Simon who happened to be in the area exactly when I needed my roof inspected, has been so great to work with in helping us decide what we wanted for shingles and color as well as helping us through the process.
