Worst experience ever with this company. They took 6 months to replace our flooring after accepting the job and charging our deductible. The work was extremely sloppy and the workers were beyond inexperienced. They left our trim looking terrible and tried to use caulk to fix EVERYTHING. You never caulk molding onto wood flooring… They ruined our door jamb moldings, by cutting too high/not measuring to fit the boards, photos attached. The quarter rounds are hovering above the floor with large gaps everywhere. I wish so badly we had just called an actual flooring company. Sean, the project manager, seems nice at first but becomes condescending & and complacent when there are problems. They subcontract all their work to smaller companies with sketchy workers. You can literally do a better job painting than the guys they use. Please believe the other 1 star reviews, we had their exact experience.Service: Flooring

I have water damage and need my shower demoed and rebuilt. My insurance paid out to them back in early December (maybe November?). It is now the last day of January and they still haven't started work.After weeks of silence and my having to reach out to THEM, they come back with "oh well you have to do this thing". They're the professionals but they don't clearly communicate next expected steps or how to even complete those.- They will not communicate- They have ZERO sense of urgency- I'm not even sure that they want the business that USAA sends them

This is by far one of the most unreliable and unprofessional companies I've ever encountered. Their staff takes things personal instead of keeping the focus on the task at hand. For context, I had water damage to my home on my entire first floor and decided to work with them because they were my insurance providers referred vendor. They came out and got my floor dry. When it was time for demolition and to remove all of our damaged items they left a significant amount of damaged stuff behind and did not even remove the base boards which were water damaged. This created mold in our home which impacted our health and well being. Me being who I am before it was time to hire them to do the renovations, I asked about the scope of work and requested an estimate from their team. They denied my request for a copy of the statement of work and the estimate, referring me instead to contact the insurance company. When I pushed back they immediately took it personal and became snappy and unprofessional. They claim to have sprayed anti-microbial solution after completing the mitigation but yet and still mold grew in my home. We had to call another restoration company to come out and complete the work that Blu Sky left behind. We also had to purchase a dumpster to dump and remove the stuff they were supposed to remove in the first place. I then decided to give them a second chance and hire them anyway to do our renovations and repairs in our home because they were the insurance companies referred vendor. However I received a bitter call from an employee who took me wanting to know what work they were going to complete very personal. He got snappy with me and I fired back at him, he couldn't move past that so it is what it is. That being said I would NEVER work with this company again and would not recommend them to anyone. The insurance company should 100% reconsider accepting them as a referred vendor. They do not conduct business at a level that is professional, they are unreliable and do not complete their work. Their employees leave trash behind and very rarely return emails and phone calls. If you want to receive incomplete work for your hard earned money that's on you.
