We hired Bond to install gutter guards and they found an issue where the wood was rotting due to backed up gutter water. They could have ignored this and installed the guards but they made us aware and we had them do the roof repair too. Thankfully, they caught it before any major damage. They were very professional, transparent, and clearly communicated issues and options. Their pricing is fair and we couldnt be happier with the outcome. Bond is fairly priced and professional. They first replaced a mansard roof for me with a polymer shake and it looks great! Then they replaced the flat roof over my screened porch with a membrane roofing system. No more leaks! On each job, estimates the were detailed and accurate, the teams were on time, professional, they cleaned up after themselves and communicated with me during the projects. I live in a remote area. It is very difficult to find a roofing company to do work there. Not Bond Roofing! They were great. Came to my property and surveyed my roof situation and provided a timely quote. They put me on their schedule and before I knew it they were coming out to do replace my roof. Bond Roofing did an amazing job!!   We were extremely pleased with their attention to detail, the crew performed the job with the highest level of professionalism, they were extremely courteous and most importantly, Bond Roofing left our home free of clutter and debris. As a side note...this summer (2020), we replaced our roof using Bond Roofing then had it painted- by another company- right after the roof was installed.  Unfortunately, the painters got paint on part of the newly installed shingles.  Kevin had the crew replace the shingles with the paint splatter very quickly and I was extremely pleased with the personal attention I received. Roofed our commercial building about two years ago. They supposedly performed an annual inspection earlier this year. A significant leak appeared four weeks ago.Before they left, they told me they fixed the problem. Today, the same leak has appeared and worse than before. More damage to our lobby area and flooding on our floor. Questionable workmanship and inspections. Would not recommend. Two stars simply because its only one leak. I guess things could be worse. Use another another roofer with better Google reviews.
