Bullet ROOF worked with my insurance company to get this project going quickly. Once I had the insurance check a installation day was set up. The crew showed up and started quickly to protect my plants and bushes. The moved any items too heavy for me to move out of the way, so as not to be damaged. The crew worked quickly and you could tell they knew what they were doing. My roof was on in one day, as well as cleanup and removal of the waste dumpster. We just finished our roof replacement with bullet roof. Tyler Cary was our PM and made the process extremely smooth from the start. Day 1 he thoroughly inspected our roof. He found evidence of hail damage (that other contractors had not found) and then worked with us to get it approved with insurance. The crew was great and super friendly. I can confirm what you've been reading in the reviews about excellence in service demonstrated by BulletROOF. I remember meeting Mayson Madden while I watched BulletROOF replace the roof for my neighbor. I was not inclined to replace mine thinking I had several years left and would deal with it later but he approached me and we started talking. He took the time to point out a broken shingle that I had not noticed and several other questionable spots - so I had him inspect the roof. Then I did my homework to check out BulletROOF. Mason made the process easy, helped me with the insurance claim, my insurance company conducted their own inspection and I am now a VERY satisfied customer! We called to get a consult for a new roof and 2 weeks later the job was done. They got our whole roof done in one day and we're very thorough with clean up. But speed was less important than feeling like we were getting a quality job and a roof which would last us the next 30 years. They use GAD shingles and we were encouraged to do our own research before signing a contract so we never felt sold to - just educated. Knowing I had a few leaks and I knew I needed to get my roof replaced. The day mike showed up at my home to inquire about my roof was perfect timing. Mike sat down with me and helped me fill out the claim to my insurance company. The process was quick and he answered all my questions and made sure I was at ease. Mike and his crew came out September 23rd at precisely at 7am and worked all day without incident. Now my roof is absolutely perfect no more leaks. The crew did an amazing job. BulletROOF worked with my insurance company to get this project going quickly. Once the claim was accepted it did take many months before roof was scheduled and completed. Communication with BulletROOF was spotty at best with mostly me asking them about status. When the crew did arrive they started quickly to protect my plants and bushes and worked quickly and you could tell they knew what they were doing. My roof was on in one day, as well as cleanup and removal of the waste dumpster.I would probably give 3.5 if I could.

We had some very obvious damage on our roof that we hadn't even considered fixing. They guys at BulletROOF offered and completed a very thorough inspection, documenting all issues along the way. The process of interacting with our insurance was smooth, the communication with BulletROOF was totally painless, and we were able to come up with a plan for replacing the roof with something that turned out better looking, and was up to code. The installation is completely painless, thorough, and skilled. They covered our plants, helped clear away small items, and when they were done they rolled a magnet THREE TIMES through our yard. The quality of workmanship was superb, and we found ZERO nails in the yard! I highly recommend BulletROOF...we are VERY satisfied with our entire experience!

Bulletroof installed a new roof for me last Saturday. (It was a Warranty claim, defective IKO shingles on an 8 year old roof.)From first contact (which I initiated after reading Bulletroof's Google Reviews), through the roof installation, cleanup, and final site inspection, communication and follow-through were excellent. Bulletroof's sales rep, Mayson Madden, and their Raleigh VP, James Marshall, were involved every step of the way.Bulletroof made it possible for me to upgrade to a better quality shingle/total roofing system, GAF Timberline HDZ, at no additional cost to me. I did not want to put IKO Shingles back on my roof!I was concerned about the use of contractors. James told me Bulletroof uses the same contractors all the time. They have to be trained and certified "GAF Masters Elite Roofing Contractors" in order for GAF's Manufacturer's Warranty to be in effect (I confirmed this in GAF's products brochure). The day of the job, Mayson and James were both on and off my roof and the crew supervisor was on site the whole time. Our roof suffered from storm damage over the years and from the last big one back in February we started to experience leaks in certain areas after big rain. I recently had the pleasure of having Karl Bloom of BulletRoof in Raleigh North Carolina assist me in getting my roof replaced. Karl was extremely helpful through all the stages of getting it replaced after hale damage from a storm.
