I have nothing but praise for this company and their roofers. I admit in the beginning I was skeptical about them as my search for customer reviews provided sparse results. However, I decided to move forward with CJ Deans replacing my roof, and gutters. James Patterson made this business deal effortless on my part. Not once did I receive James' voicemail when calling, now days that means and says a lot. Albert took time answering all of my questions, listening to my concerns and following through on his commitments. The crew arrived 15 mins ahead of schedule and within 7 hrs the project was complete. They worked continuously, there was no standing around, their only focus was getting the job done. They were friendly, and extremely courteous in their care of all items in their workspace. Before leaving they ensured no trash was left and did a sweep of my yard for nails. This type of work is hard, and I commend them for their skills. They did a fantastic job, I was very pleased and will definitely refer them to anyone if asked.

From the first day I met Peyton Myrick, who was just passing through my neighborhood, to the time of final payout … per professionalism. There was never any pressure to purchase the services of CJ Dean’s Roofing! Samuel Beam & Peyton made sure we understood all that would take place. They even had demos of the materials that would be used. Once we agreed we wanted them to do the work they informed us that Ms Ashley & Ms Wendy would be our point of contact and I gotta tell ya these ladies know how to get the job done! They immediately made contact with us, told us they would handle everything with the insurance company and they DID! Next she informed me Randy was the Project Mgr and that he would be in contact with us and the next day I was on the phone with him setting up time for pics etc. Days later they’re at the house putting on a new roof. Now of course there’s a hiccup with the insurance company for final payout but once again Ms Ashley got her game face on an gets the job done. In a matter of days I get an email from the insurance company that the check is on the way! Now people are stopping by or see at Walmart talking about how beautiful the roof is.
