Marc Woodman Jr of Commercial Solutions Innc responded immediately to my emergency roof issue call and provided me the same day a property-protecting temporary solution for the roof which had partially blown of during a heavy rainstorn. He then worked closely with me and the insurance company and its adjuster to obtain a price for replacement and then installed a roof responsively. Execution of roof work was very tidy, on-time and within agreed upon budget. Marc and his team addressed all concerns I had and communicated profesionally and flawlessly during the process of install and provided me with warranty information immediately after the work's completion. This was my second job with the CSI team. I highly recommend the "flat roof experts."

We could not be more pleased! We have a flat roof home that was built in 1975 with less than ideal technology and materials back in that day. We replaced the roof 20 years ago and it was beginning to deteriorate and leak. We searched for a roofing company who specialized in flat roofs and got a quote. The owner came to our home and explained exactly what they could do and the new better material that was available now. So we signed a work order contract and got on their schedule. The crew came on the agreed date and replaced our roof in one day with the much advanced membrane than was available 20 years ago then came back the next day to finish up with the trim. They were industrious and neat. They cleaned up after themselves and hauled all the remnants of the old roof away and left our yard neat and clean of debris. They took photos of the new roof and shared with us since we don't like to climb ladders 2 stories up to the roof. It is well-done and we feel really good about their expertise and the products they used. We can highly recommend The Flat Roof Specialists!

We had a complete roof replace done with CSI. Over the years they have been helpful with repairs on the roof and a few years ago were honest and told us the roof would likely last another 3 to 5 years. We contacted them for the replacement and they gave a very fair bid on the job. The crew was very professional and thorough. The completed all the repairs that were needed and communicated the changes as they occurred. We also had them do some soffit repair. I couldn't be more pleased. We switched to Commercial Solutions when the Stevens TPO material failed and Baker Roofing, the company that installed it, did not inform us the leaks we were experiencing were due to a material failure. Thankfully Commercial Solutions properly diagnosed the issue and then installed a new roof which finally addressed the ongoing leaks we had been experiencing for more than a year of trying to work with Baker. The installation was flawless and was completed on schedule with minimal inconvenience to our tenants. We have had no issues since the new roof was installed or with more recent work done by Commercial Solutions to accommodate equipment placed on the roof in support of a tenant upfit.Commercial Solutions recently went above and beyond to help us when one or our first floor commercial spaces began experiencing a leak at a storefront window. After months of not being able to find anyone willing to address the issue, Scott sent someone out and they quickly identified and corrected the leak. Exceptional work. I could not be happier with the work of Commercial Solutions. I had considerable difficulty in finding a company to do the work I needed completed (replacing a damaged flat roof). I had three other roofers who came out to the site who were either unable to do the work or to respond with a quote. When Commercial Solutions did a site visit I received a quote within a week, and once I agreed to have them do the work they kept me informed through every step in the run up to the installation. CSI was referred to me. I am a couple of hours outside of Wake County. They came down within a couple of days of contacting them to inspect a roof for me. They determined, like my local Roofers, that roof had reached the end of its useful life and needed replacing. Their quote for a higher quality TPO replacement was 30% lower than the local company. I had 3 other issues pop up in other properties before they arrived for the replacement that they scheduled and repaired while here for the replacement. They will give an honest, professional opinion as to what is needed (repairable or needs replacement) and communication from estimate, through job completion is excellent.

I had a problem with a "flat" roof that did not have enough pitch for shingles. Commercial Solutions reviewed the situation and suggested a new rubber roof that would definitely keep the water out of my screened porch. They showed up on time and completed the job as promised. The workmanship was very good and their extended warranty on labor and materials is great! Highly recommend them for any flat roof work.
