They respond immediately, provide detailed quotes for service, schedule with the owners and show up when they are expected. They treat my clients with courtesy and professionalism. I can honestly say I've never had a callback. I've managed properties for fourteen years and never considered changing companies.

CTI Property Services and their subcontractors ruined my home. Supposedly, CTI Property Services hired Sincere Property Services to repair roof (install new trusses, insulation, sheathing, etc.) We later learn that the subcontractor Sincere, gives the job to three guys who definitely didn't know what they were doing, including sheathing that they were about to install that was coded for walls. He (Sincere's subcontractor) stated that they use it (the sheathing), for everything...roofs, walls, everything. City Inspector arrives while they are in the act and asks for the permit. No permit and wrong sheathing for this property...no more work will be done on this property per the inspector until all permits are obtained, and just to let you know, CTI did not obtain the permit until 7 days later. That's right, 7 days later. Subsequently, heavy thunder and rainstorms with hail came and blew tarp off the house. Guess what? Rain poured in the house...down the walls, on the carpets; had to cover personal belongings, move furniture, etc. Not only once, but twice the rains came and blew off the tarp. Wait! That's not all...there's more.The tarp that Sincere placed on the roof had holes and per Sincere, they "patched" the tarp! The storm again filled my house with water. Summer time and no roof on the house means no air conditioning. Instead of repairs, I got MOLD! They (CTI) have the nerve to say they have finished the job although they have not replaced soffits, fascia, insulation, and more and per 2 licensed engineers, the work is not completed properly and did I mention that their project manager tried to use the engineering specs that came with the trusses as an official engineer's letter. In a complaint filed with the Attorney General's Office, CTI's project manager lies about getting final inspections...framing, etc. He never scheduled the framing inspection or any inspection. CTI and their project manager hurriedly got off the job and the HOA, allowed the permit to expire. No one ever got an inspection of any kind, so again, no inspection was ever done at this house...never. I would never, ever, hire this firm nor their subcontractors (Sincere Property Services) to do anything...not even clean the gutters and did I tell you...the damaged gutters, soffits, fascia, etc., are still missing. The HOA hired this firm and the HOA as well as the property management company, (Sentry Management, horrible management company), knowingly allowed CTI to continue working even after I (my attorney) made them aware of them working without a permit; no engineer's letter, trying to take shortcuts, etc., and their inferior work.Want to learn more about CTI Property Services, Sentry Management, and Sincere Property Services? This company was chosen by my HoA, so I had no choice, but they have already caused over $2000 worth of damage by leaving rusty roofing nails all over the road and sidewalk for the last several weeks. They've been informed, promised to "be careful", yet I continue to almost step on rusty nails left around, and who knows how many more tires have been destroyed since then. Definitely gives their previous, very large, out of court settlement some more context.

I manage a dozen properties in the Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill area so I frequently have emergencies on those sites. Graham and his team are very responsive, always do a good job making repairs, being professional and also arriving right on time. I’ve had them do everything from remove and replace drywall painting ceiling tile replacement plumbing emergencies water restoration repairing leaks fixing doors, roof repairs and every other a job you could imagine. CTI Property Services seemed like a great place to work with on a commercial residential building. We need four new exterior doors on our property, which seems like a simple enough job for everything they say they do. Well after being in contact with them for a week trying to get them to come out to our property, the project manager stopped answering/returning my calls and messages. I talked to the people at the main office and it seemed like everything was back on track, and they told me to wait for a call from the project manager later that day. I never received a call so I called him the next day. I explained the situation and asked when he or one of his guys would be coming out. He told me that they were "too busy" to "schedule" and appointment. Their schedule is obviously full for weeks on end. He told me he gave my number to another company to work with. Didn't tell me the name of the company or who I was supposed to be working with, told me to have a good day, and hung up the phone. Very rude service from their property managers. Considering I never actually saw any of these guys in person after trying to work with them for 3 weeks, I wouldn't recommend using this company for any sort of business or residence.

We live in a townhome area and had called to report our issue with our front and back gutters in our townhome, which were set incorrectly due to poor workmanship of the original home builders. Water was going everywhere except in our actual gutters! We were referred to CTI by our HOA, and emailed them a description and a video to show our problem. An appointment was made for us that same week in the morning.The technician and his assistant came out right on time, as promised. After we walked him through our house to show our issues, he pointed out to us that more more serious fixes was required. Fortunately, he was able to come back with the necessary parts in less than an hour and immediately went to work. In less than an hour, they were already done and walked us through their work. Problems solved!I commend CTA Property Services for resolving our issue to our complete satisfaction. They were considerate and professional with us the whole way, and took the time to explain more of the problem and show us how they fixed it. The only thing I would have wanted for giving them a 5-star review is if their HR person followed up with me to ask how my service was.

If there was a 0 (zero) star/rating or below zero, I would give this company less than 0. This company and their subcontractors ruined my house. Began project (cut out trusses, removed sheathing, shingles, etc.) without obtaining permits and engineer's letter which was required to perform the job...not only that, workers were about to replace the damaged sheathing with sheathing not approved/coded for roofing. City Inspector shows up and catches the workers trying to install trusses and asks for the permit...they DO NOT have one and are working without a permit. He tells them to Stop All Work and they cannot put up any more trusses or do any more work until they have the proper permits. He also notices the sheathing they had purchased to place on my house...inferior sheathing not coded for roofing and tells them they cannot put the inferior sheathing on the roof. In addition, Inspector tells them they must STOP all work and place a tarp on the house until proper permits are obtained as well as the correct sheathing...sheathing approved/coded for roofs. Project manager promises he will be in their/Inspector's office by 9:00 am the following day to get proper permits. Two days later City Inspector comes by to check my property because the company/project manager who had promised to get the required permits did NOT get them. A "Stop Work Order" was placed on the door of my home! Subsequently, heavy thunder and rainstorms came and blew tarp off the house. Guess what? Rain poured in the house...down the walls, on the carpets; had to cover personal belongings, move furniture, etc. Not only once, but twice the rains came and blew off the tarp. Wait!
