I'm convinced there is no better local, family-owned business who treat their customers as good as Dana Dean Jr and Sir.As a first time home buyer of a home that desperately needed a roof repair and chimney removal, I was relieved to be referred to Dana Dean Roofing.I got three quotes for job and although Dana Dean was on the higher priced side, they were by far the most professional and knowledgeable...and the ONLY ones who offered a 10 year workmanship warranty!I had a lots of questions about the process, materials used, warranty of materials and work done, insurance, licenses, etc,. Dana Dean Jr. respectfully and professionally answered all my questions and walked me through the process. I made multiple follow up calls asking about potential wood damage (as this is a 73 year old home) and they explained what parts of the roof would be thoroughly inspected and replaced if needed.The day of the roof repair they men were all very respectful and professional. Working with big smiles on their faces despite it being 95 degrees outside. I was shocked at how "messy" roof repairing is by nature.I was even more shocked at how well they cleaned up my home, yard, and patio after. They were more thorough than all my questions! ha!I am so grateful to have found such a good honest company!Did I mention they were also willing to haul away old countertops I removed! Bonus! Dana Dean & his crew did an outstanding job on my roof recently. They finished the entire job in one day, were meticulous both in the way they treated my property and in the way they cleaned up after doing the work, and they were truly tireless in their approach to removing the old roof and installing the new one. And perhaps the most impressive part of their work is that all of the hammering was done by hand, thereby ensuring that the nails went the proper distance into the shingles, a result that is not always possible with a power tool. For all of these reasons, I highly recommend Dana Dean Roofing!

Had Mr Dean out to fix a leaky exhaust pipe. He spent time explain the issue and what causes it, fixed the issue quickly and repaired several other problem areas with the roof on the same visit. As i will never go on my roof, i was appreciative of his knowledge, skill, and the fact there was absolutely no pressure from him. I definitely recommend, he showed up same day and fixed the leak even though it was raining and windy.

I have used many roofing companies and owned many homes. Dana Sr and Jr are special. I could have chosen so many different roofing companies but chose Dana Dean for my roof replacement. They went out of their way to construct barriers to protect my 20 year old azaleas. They are like having your family members replace your roof. This is a big project and can be very stressful but they made it really easy. There are so many roofers out there but if you want a quality job with personal attention, choose Dana Dean. I strongly recommend them!

Dana Dean Roofing is the best roofing company around. They are family owned and their team of workers have been with them for around 15 years which supports their incredible workmanship and loyalty. We had a new roof installed, and it was hands down done timely, professionally and as promised. We did our homework and got the best priced quote as well with them. The owners are kind, stay close to the job and even come by after completion for final inspection and follow up. The results were amazing. Really -- I had 2 other quotes and hands down I immediately knew this was the company to go with.... I didn't go for a 4th quote after meeting Dana Dean. :-)

I cannot praise highly enough the superb job that Dana Dean Roofing did on the replacement of my roof. I used their “burnt sienna” color of architectural Landmark shingles, and they look fantastic on my house. I recently had a couple leaks show up in my ceiling, so I called Dana Dean Roofing to schedule someone to come take a look and see if they could determine where the water was coming through the roof.Dana arrived on time and was up on my roof in the blink of an eye. He immediately saw several exposed nails that he believed to be the cause of the leaks, along with some issues with chimney flashing and other minor issues with some shingles near our skylight (near the leak on the interior ceiling). Dana got me an estimate of $375 plus tax within a day and a half. Another estimate I received, from Recovery Roofing, was $1,600 and that guy didn't even climb on my roof (which meant he wasn't even sure of what was causing the leak).Dana's son-in-law came last night and completed the leak repair work in a timely manner. He called twice before arriving to let me know when he would be there.Dana's pricing was very reasonable (much, much lower than other estimates) and he was honest about the work that needed to be done. The first thing he said to me after climbing off the roof was, "You could definitely fix this yourself-- it's not that hard. But I'll work up a quote for you in case you don't want to climb up on your roof" (very steep). Before he arrived, my wife and I thought the roof may need to be replaced completely. Dana assured us that the roof has at least several more years of life left in it and told me, "Don't let anyone come out here and tell you this roof needs to be replaced." I appreciated that honesty.Also, Dana's repair work has a 3-year warranty behind it. Highly recommended.
