I had a tree fall on my house and cause an extensive amount of damage to the roof and interior and these guys were out the very next day to prevent further damage. Dylan came out to assess the leak in my ceiling and was able to determine the cause of the problem. He was amazingly thorough and explained everything. He provided me with options and never pushed for pricier solutions. His team came out a few days later and fixed the problem very quickly and professionally. Lyle and his crew worked on my mom's roof and did a fantastic job. They went above & beyond what any other roof company seemed to do. They identified an issue on initial inspection and helped fix it right then until the roof could be approved to be replaced by insurance. Then they helped walk my mom through filing their claim. On the day the roof was fixed Lyle noticed something wrong with a portion of her house that wasn't his "responsibility" so to speak but he then came back personally right around the holidays to fix it. What service! 10/10 would recommend ERS to help with your roof!

What a pleasant experience,Lyle promised a great job and it was . Team arrived by 7am a started on the roof I was pleased as I watched as they stripped , shingles, replaced bad ply wood . By 3:30 they were done new roof on area cleaned up it looked great. O A porta pot was brought on site for the workers needs so they did not need to come into the house.All this happened a few days before Christmas and what a joyful experience it was. Not only did they do what they said they were going to do and in the timeframe they said they would do it in but we love that we were able to support a local business. My interactions have been with Lyle. Him and I talked after I had my home inspected. As a service-disabled veteran, I am unable to get onto the roof of my house, but Lyle was able to get up there and inspect my roof. Instead of trying to talk me into a new roof that I didn't need, Lyle showed his integrity by telling me the small things that were wrong. He was able to quickly fix those items and was very responsive to my concerns. 10/10 I do recommend.

ERS Roofing took care of my roof replacement as a result of wind damage. From the beginning, Lyle helped walk me through an inspection and was there to work with the insurance inspector to take pictures of the damage. My insurance was initially not willing to cover a full replacement, but Lyle helped navigate and provide additional videos which ultimately resulted in my insurance paying for full replacement. When it came time to do the work, we needed to move faster due to expected bad weather. Lyle was able to get everything together to remove and install my new roof in a day with no issues. No major cleanup problems, and so far the new roof has done great.
