I couldn't be happier with the job Bruce and Mike did installing new garage doors and jackshaft openers with high lift. Bruce explained everything before and after thoroughly and gave the great suggestion of doing the high lift doors, which I love. They were also the lowest price of 3 quotes I got, although that is not the only reason I went with them. Highly recommend them for any garage door project you have.

Great local veteran owned company with a small but efficient and knowledgeable crew. They are quick to respond and communicate, their quality of work is top notch and they are priced very fair.They helped me convert a crammed garage into a now usable area with a high lift conversion door setup.Pardon the mess in the pics, this was mid project and cleaning up what a previous company rigged up.

Bruce was very knowledgeable and informative. He understood that we needed the most simple fix to our garage door issue and provided the best solution that fit our budget. His customer friendly quote blew the competition out of the water. (We had at least 5 other estimates his by far was hands down the best). He came on a Monday gave us the estimate and installed the door on that Wednesday.His work was neat and he was done in an amazingly quick time. I highly recommend this company, for the quality of their work at a cost friendly price!

Absolutely one of the nicest experiences I’ve had with a home repair. Bruce showed up early, listened to what I was looking for, made some great suggestions and provided a very competitive price. Once the door arrived, he and Mike showed up early, installed the door, reviewed the operating instructions (the app, etc) and the place was so clean, you couldn’t tell they had been there—- except I had a nice new and quiet door. Service was unbeatable and they are the owners! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Great Service. Mike Jones came out to help me after our door randomly stopped opening all the way and was completely professional and helpful throughout the entire experience. He was able to come take a look on the same day that I called and was able to get everything working as soon as the replacement part arrived.I would be happy to work with Freedom again if any other issues arise.

I had an excellent experience with Freedom Door Company. I left a message on a Saturday, and I got a call back in a couple of hours. Just a few days later, Mike arrived to replace my old garage door lifter that gave out. He even adjusted one of the springs that he noticed was catching a bit. He did the job quickly, and cleaned everything up afterward. I highly recommend Freedom Garage Door Company.

It was excellent working with Bruce! My garage door was heavily damaged and everyone said it was impossible to repair it but Bruce took a good look and assured me he will be able to fix it. Within a few days he and Mike showed up and fixed my garage door, it was very quick and the pricing was fair too! Bruce went out of his way to get the door working even before they could replace the damaged panels and also came back and fixed the torn side panels after the door was done. A huge shout out to Freedom Garage Door for such excellent customer service. Very honest and highly skilled people, you can completely trust these guys with any garage door issues. Bruce and Mike just finished our garage door installation, and did a fantastic job. They showed up on time, removed and hauled away our old doors and motors, and installed our new equipment. UPDATE - 3/1/22 - Told one price - Confirmed that was it as I chose them to do the work..... Install tech arrived quoted a higher price and then added PLUS TAX all of a sudden.Work was great and professional - However when I confirm with the owner a set price and then am told something completely different..... I cannot really trust the honesty or professionalism of the company..........................................................................................................................Great work; they went above and beyond to get the job done in the time frame they proposed. Both the company as a whole and Bruce the installer was quick with an attention to detail as well as transparent about being upfront about any issues or needs from start to finish. Was not only fast but also efficient. Was a really great experience from start to finish.

I called after 5 PM and got an appointment at 8 AM on Saturday for much needed repair. My garage door didn’t open, close or lock! I received a text 30 minutes before Bruce came and he was right on time. He was very courteous and explained what was happening. He fixed it and serviced the door in no time. He knew exactly what needed done with a unit that is sometimes tricky. Everything was perfect and I was charged exactly what I was told. Thank you!
