Freddie and his team were amazing to work with, even through the issues we had with our insurance not wanting to pay for this or that, Freddie never doubted for a second that his team could make our home whole again after a septic overflow in August damaged half of our downstairs. An earlier mitigation team ripped out more than they needed to, but Freddie's team did an amazing job making it look just as it did before the damage, even our "Shadowboxing" as I called it, with just a couple pictures I had from when we moved into our new home. The craftsmanship of his entire team does not go unnoticed!Ernesto and Magdalena were also amazing to work with. They were considerate and respectful of our home while they were working. Even taking off their shoes when they needed to come upstairs to ask me questions. When I felt like maybe we were asking too much, they never once made it seem like we had overwhelmed them! Their care & dedication to making everything exactly how it was prior was absolutely appreciated. These guys did amazing work. Had water damage on a wall. Freddie and his team came in after the damaged wood was removed and everything was dried. Despite not having any of the original wood they were able to rebuild it all to look exactly as it did before. Everything matches the existing wall perfectly. Freddie Gonzalez did a huge project on our home. His crew took down exterior and interior walls, worked on the roof, put new floors in, marble and On Site wood floors. They put large windows in and so many other things. They were kind considerate knew what they were doing covered the floors blocked off rooms with plastic. Had some repairs that had to be done due to a water leak in an upstairs bathroom. Gonzalez Home Repairs came in, did the work to perfection. I feel the price he charged was very reasonable and the guys did a great job protecting the floors as they came in and out and then cleaned everything up when they left. Original quote was for one week but they finished in two days. Very pleased with everything they did. Will definitely be our choice should we ever need additional work done in our home.

Freddy and his team did an excellent job patching and refinishing our floors after having some water damage. The crew was friendly, used care moving our furniture and made sure we were satisfied with the work upon completion. I was worried it would take longer than initially quoted but they actually finished ahead of schedule, which we were thankful for as we had to stay in an Airbnb while the work was being done. In sum, I would highly recommend and will be using them in the future.

Freddie was quick to come to my home after I had a puncture in the pressure tank on the water heater located in the attic. Water then seeped through the attic floor into the kitchen ceiling. He gave a prompt estimate for the work he would do which was given to the insurance adjuster who felt the estimate was very reasonable. As soon as the ceiling was dry his crew came immediately to repair the ceiling, sand and paint, do some repairs in the attic and adjacent hallway where they had to replace the baseboards, sand and paint the wall and repair the carpet that had been pulled up. His crew worked promptly and neatly. They were always on time and worked a full day. Without a doubt, I would use Gonzales Home Repairs again and highly recommend them to everyone

My washing machine sprung a leak and the floor of the second floor laundry room had to be replaced. The ceiling above the kitchen had to be replaced as well. I had a window leak - Freddie and his team were just the professionals I was looking for. He responded to my email immediately and stopped by the next day to look at the issue and give me an estimate. The repair crew showed up promptly on the scheduled day and time. They had to remove & replace hardy siding, remove & replace the window molding, re-seal with tape/flashing, put everything back and paint the siding. They also removed trash and debris daily. I am so pleased with the professionalism and craftsmanship of the entire team. The final cosmetic is great - you cannot even tell there was ever an issue or that repair work occurred. I recently had a mold issue in my laundry room due to a leaky pipe. After the mold was remediated and plumbing fixed, I contacted Gonzalez Home Repair for an estimate to install a few pieces of tile where some had been taken out as part of the remediation work, to potentially install the drywall & paint the one affected wall, and to potentially paint the entire room. Admittedly, this was not a big job. I had a few issues with other contractors returning my calls or giving me timely estimates, but that was not the case with Gonzalez Home Repair. Freddie, the owner, came out to give me an estimate the same day I called. He was gave me several estimates, as I wasn't sure if I wanted to do the drywall myself and as I wasn't sure if I wanted the whole room painted or not. Freddie was very easy going and provided me with an estimate on the spot, with separate estimates (at my request) for tile, drywall, and painting. I found the estimates to be more than fair, and again, unlike other contractors, Freddie was able to have someone start on the work very quickly. They did a fantastic job and were a pleasure to have in my home. They even gave me some tips on how to do touch up drywall work myself in the future in case the need arose. I'll be honest: I would have been happy with a lower level of quality as this is a laundry room and our shelving would have hid any blemishes in the drywall or painting. Freddie's team, however, was top notch and put in their best effort to produce the best outcome.I am very happy with the work done by Gonzalez Home Repair and I will absolutely be contacting them in the future for other needs around the house.I'm attaching a few photos here as a reference. Two days before Christmas I had some issues at home that resulted in water damage. Parts of the ceiling, insulation, and wood floor was removed... After the water remediation was completed, I contracted Gonzalez Home Repairs for the repairs. They sent technician quickly and did a completed the repairs promptly.
