That was until we met Kelly, the owner of Homeshield. Talking with Kelly was like talking with a trusted friend. She had educated my wife and I on the process to getting a new roof, what some folks get wrong about getting a roof and what they get right. We got a crazy good deal from them through our insurance and the turnaround time after we sent in payment was same week! The materials were dropped safely and the workers arrived the next day and got everything done that same day. Our roof was damaged in March of 2023 from high winds, ripping off multiple shingles all over the roof. HomeShield worked with our adjuster for months to get our roof fully covered when we were initially covered for only a small repair. They provided weekly updates and made sure nothing was left off of our approved estimate. In the end my home's roof looked amazing. As a busy professional, it was good to have someone who took care of the whole process for me. Thanks HomeShield!

Home Shield roofing salesman & the owner was very professional. I was apprehensive because I never did this before but they made it simple, answered every question I asked. They showed me all the options & worked so I could get the most & best for my money. When I called them with questions, they always answered. They came when they said they would. Their installers were very good & worked steady & hard. Afterward, they cleaned up everything & hauled it away. They went over the yard with a magnet.After they finished, the owner came & went over the yard again with a magnet to pickup up nails that may have been left. The next day the salesman called us to see how we liked the roof & if we had any complaints, questions or concerns. WE DID NOT! I am very pleased with the process, the products & the overall process. Oh and the price was excellent! They did try to break me! It was very reasonable. Give HomeShield a try. You will not be disappointed.
