We ran into an issue during the sale of our house, where we realized we were in need of a new roof due to a recent storm that had done some damage. I was referred to Lamar Homes, who came out did an assessment and confirmed the damage. They proceeded to work directly with my insurance company on the claim with little to no effort really needed from me. In less than 30 days they had coordinated with my insurance company, replaced my roof and allowed me to get back on the market. The entire process would not have taken as long as it did had it not been for the downtime it took to receive payment from the insurance company and obtained the needed endorsement from my mortgage company. That is truly what took up the majority of the time and even that process was quicker than anticipated. Lamar Homes came in and did the roof replacement in one day. They were in and out so quickly and without a trace leaving nothing behind. The entire experience was stress-free thanks to David and his team. They were truly, professional, friendly, courteous, and kept continuous lines of communications open for a seamless process. Thanks to David and his team for a job well done. I had a Full roof replacement by LamarHomes Roofing. I had wind and Storm Damage to my Roof, I saw their sign and gave them a call. A Family Owned company who make you feel at ease when speaking with you. I was nervous at first but Mr. David ensured me it would be alright. The two Brothers showed up on-time for my Consultation and walked me through the process and I felt relaxed after our consult. Our roof had recalled shingles and years of wear and needed replacing. Lamar Homes reshingled and added roof vents to a complicated roof with numerous angles. They were very prompt in getting an estimate to me, called to follow up and go through the estimate and process with me. Their team arrived on time and were very friendly as well as professional. Lamar Homes is FANTASTIC. They were on time each time they were scheduled. Most importantly they saved me lots of money. I was told by a roofer that my roof was fine and not leaking but my chimney was, and needed repair. I got a few quotes for the chimney repair and they were pretty darn high. Then I found the listing for Lamar Homes. They came as scheduled, inspected the roof and chimney. Determined it wasn't the chimney that was leaking but the roof had a lot of weather damage and told me to contact my Homeowners Insurance company. They came and Lamar Homes was here to do the inspection with themIt was the roof not the chimney. I am so glad that I found Lamar they saved me from having to pay all that cash out of pocket. They saw the damage on the roof and assisted me with reporting the claim to my insurance carrier which was very helpful. I was stressed and worried about the situation.
