Overall, a very good experience. They replaced my roof and gutters and did some interior repair and painting. Daniel was particularly great to work with - kept us informed and was exceptionally responsive. While there were a couple minor issues that crop up in many jobs, once he was made aware, he got them resolved quickly and properly. From the initial date of inspection and proposal, through previous homeowner project reference checks and feedback, to project completion, there was excellent communication and service responsiveness between Project Manager Andy Lopez, the installation techs and homeowners. Antonio Aguilar (sales director for Modern Roofers) came to my house as pre-arranged, mentioned that other homeowners had experienced storm damage to their roofs, and offered a free inspection. He mentioned options for shingle replacement ("architectural" vs. regular shingles) and when I asked, gave me approximate prices for these different types of shingles. He appeared very knowledgeable and experienced. He found no issues with my roof, even told me how long he thought what I have might last. I highly recommend Modern Roofers for your roofing maintenance or installation of a new roof. I called Modern Roofers about a couple of shingles that blew off my roof. Andy and Karli came out the next day, used their drone to find the bad area then scheduled to have it repaired in a couple of days. The repairmen came out fixed the area. They also found a couple of other spots and went ahead and repaired them as well, which made me very happy and appreciative. Modern Roofers made this whole process so easy! Junior and Andy helped me contact my insurance and worked in close contact with me the whole time. After taking pictures with a drone and preparing a report, my insurance agent said it was the most well put together and professional report he had ever seen. The first time we scheduled to have the work done I had to cancel and he was very calm and flexible about it although I know he and his team were inconvenienced. They provided us with detailed pictures and measurements of our roof. Their price was in the middle of other estimates I received. Andy was excellent helping me replacing a damaged roof. He was extremely helpful throughout every step of the claim process, and supported insurance company adjustor with examination and picture collection, and clarifying questions. He was also very patient providing certifications and insurance as requested by the HOA. After the claim was processed, he completed the roof replacement in 2 days.
