Our repair person arrived 15 minutes after the scheduled time but we received a text that he was on the way. Tony was friendly and professional. He completed the job well. My patio door threshold had a lot of rotted wood not only there, but around the door. Demertius worked hard to replace the threshold and made it better. Installed Fleximount garage ceiling storage. Friendly and did a pretty good job in the end but measured wrong at first and had to move it, leaving multiple clearly visible holes on the ceiling. They patched but it’ll need patching again, sanding, cleaning, and repainting and we just got the ceiling painted. It was already an expensive quote and took longer than estimated so ended up being nearly 3 times the cost of the product itself.

I can't speak more highly of this service experience. Good communications from the get-go and on-time delivery of service.Tony, our service technician went above and beyond the call of duty for this request after an unexpected encounter with a very large hornet nest! Not only did he complete our repair request, but in order to do so, he had to get rid of the hornets, first. He was replacing a decorative shutter that blew off in a recent wind storm. The hornets made their less than a foot away from where the shutter mounts to the wall.I definitely recommend this company, and if you're lucky enough to get Tony as your service technician, count yourself blessed.

March 2024 My 18 year old house is starting to settle and my front door would not open at all. Tony came out and was able to make some adjustments to the frame. Now it opens easily. He did an excellent job and I am very happy with the work. As always Mr Handyman is the best.July 28 2023 Just had another visit from Mike to put up a new curtain and some other minor repairs. Customer service was stellar. The agent sent an excellent handyman to my home on a Sunday morning to correct a serious error that the first handyman made. I would have liked to give five stars. But, the handyman sent on the initial visit was subpar—certainly not detail oriented. He demonstrated a lazy attitude and took shortcuts in his work that proved to be unfortunate. For example, he did not check his plumbing for leaks and left the work area unclean. There is more, but I won’t go into it further. The fact that Mr. Handyman took accountability for the failures of its employee speaks well for them. For that reason, I would consider using them again.

We had a punch list of projects to be done at our home. A technician came out to give us an estimate in a very timely fashion. Once we agreed to the estimate we were able to schedule the time for the repairs to be done. They were very accommodating when we had to reschedule due to work and travel plans. The technician arrived promptly at 8 am to start work and worked very efficiently to complete all work exactly as anticipated.
