The window quality is great. The install team was on time, they carefully installed and secured all windows, tight seals with caulking all around and full white capping for a great finish. All old windows taken away and a complete cleanup was done. I am very happy with the install team and the office staff. Plus there was fast follow up for slight damage to a screen: quickly repaired and replaced a few days after completion. I am a happy customer and I recommend NC Siding and Windows. The installation is just, if not more, important than the windows themselves IMO. Their installer Jeromy was absolutely TOP NOTCH to work with. My husband and I signed a contract with NC Siding and Windows, INC to install vinyl siding, new windows, new gutters, gutter guards, and two new doors. This was a huge project and this company made the entire process easy. To top it off, the cost was far below other estimates we received. Ed was the first person we met. He was a wealth of information and explained the products available and the how the process would take place. When the supplies came and the crew arrived to begin work, we continued to be pleased. We had NC Siding and Windows install new vinyl siding and windows on our home in 2016, and have been very happy with both the work they did, and their exceptional customer service. At one point during a wind storm a year or so after the job was completed, a piece of our siding was torn loose by the storm. We called for assistance, and the NC Siding and Windows team was out within a couple of days to reattach it and repair the damage for us. We have since recommended them to several neighbors who have hired them for similar jobs, and all of them have been really happy with the work as well. First of all I typically do not write reviews but in this case I felt so strongly about the job that was done by NC Sidings and Windows, I actually called them to find out how I could tell people about our experience. I will start with the sale. We had demos from several companies and after a while, all the windows start looking alike. There are differences in some of the features, but you can tell a difference in the quality and workmanship. The windows that NC Sidings and Windows had looked very well made and of high quality. It then came down to the company and the support we felt we could get. Our sales person, Ed, talked a lot about the owners and you could tell they were very much part of the day to day operation and cared about their customers, but most of all we immediately felt we could trust Ed and that he represented the company values. Price was of course a big consideration and I totally feel I got a great deal from NC Sidings and Windows. After deciding on the windows we also negotiated replacing the gutters, and the price of the package was lower than I expected and lower than many of the other products of similar quality we saw.After the order, Tammy kept us well informed of the schedule and made sure the coordination between the gutter and window install worked for us. The gutters were installed first and the team made recommendations on configuration that would be an improvement over the original configuration, which we were very happy with. Next came the windows. I cannot say enough about the installer, David. I would buy again from this company just because of him. The window installation is usually a 2 person job but the second person was out for medical reasons, so David replaced 29 windows and did the trim alone. He was always smiling, courteous, and helpful with any questions we had. The job he did was outstanding. The quality of the finish work could not be any better. He is truly a professional in every sense.So bottom line is we are more than pleased with the products and every step of the process to have our gutters and windows replaced. I talked a lot about the people which says so much about a company. The values of the company are reflected in their team, which is so true in the case of NC Sidings and Windows. Dale and Tammy were awesome to work with. I received many quotes for my windows and Dale was the only one to remove his shoes upon entering my home. This may not be a big deal to some, but it is to me. The install went exceptionally well. Jeremy was courteous, efficient and a pleasure to work with. I had the windows on the back of my home done by a different company and had a very different experience. I would highly recommend NC Siding and Windows for your window needs!

I surveyed ten contractors and after over twelve lengthy email exchanges with Ed, I finally chose NC Siding and Windows. Ed gave very competitive quotes for both whole-house Hardie and vinyl siding replacements. We talked about many different options, Ed always laid out the works required for the options, their pros and cons and costs to help me make my decision. The friendly siding replacement crew- Jack, Greg and Lougan- did a wonderful job. I am a perfectionist, details like aligning all siding pieces horizontally from wall to wall were some of my concerns before and during the work- I had seen many houses with mismatched siding alignment. Jack and Greg always listened to my concerns and explained how they were going to do their work and assured me that everything would be done to my expectation. And yes, everything was indeed done to my great satisfaction. They even painted my chimney cap for free.

I had the best experience with this company. They did a great job adding vinyl siding and replacing our windows. When the job was over we found a few minor issues and they came right out and fixed them. The owner Tammy was such a pleasure to work with. One of our deciding factors was that they were the only company that took off the old siding before installing the vinyl siding. Because that went so well, we decided to go ahead and have them replace our front windows. Everything went smoothly and any concerns that we had were addressed and taken care of promptly. And because we were so happy with the front windows, we decided to have our back windows replaced. From the estimate meeting to install - things went really well.
