My husband and I had a very pleasant experience working with Jared Bullock and Peachtree for a roof replacement. Our house is 13 years old, so naturally we assumed that our roof was going to last another 17 years or so until Shane and Jared stopped by to give us a free storm damage report. My husband went up on the roof with them as he was curious to see what they would find. He learned that the shingles were no longer sealed as they should be and that the shingles were not only discontinued but had been deemed defective. Jared was very thorough going over the process with us and even assisted us with the claim process. We were amazed at how quickly and smoothly the whole process went, and ended up with a brand new roof that looks great. Here are some photos showing before and after. Thanks Peachtree!

When Jared came to help me through this process he did everything he said he would and made sure I was very satisfied and pleased. The crew cleaned up after themselves, they had to come back the next day because they ran out of daylight, but they were back the next morning to be sure to clean thoroughly. Jared went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, he even came back and replaced the roof on my well house himself because the crew had already left before he could ask them to do it. However, he took the time to replace the well house roof and take photos too so I could see it was on par with the quality of the roof on my house! Jared came out and offered a free roof inspection which showed we needed to have our roof replaced. We worked with Jared Bullock and he was very informative and helpful throughout the entire process. He was not pushy and did not use high pressure sales techniques they explain everything upfront. The installers on the other hand were terrible. They have no respect for your property and your landscaping. We specifically asked that they be careful of our landscaping and they damaged 4 of our shrubs which Jared replaced. Then they damaged another shrub after they were spoken to originally. Today they came back to put the gutter drip on they left off when they initially installed the shingles and remove the gutter guard because they would not fit after the gutter drip was installed and they broke my Weeping Japanese Maple tree and instead of telling me about it they hide it by shoving the broken limb back into the tree and just left it hoping I would not find it.Services: Roof inspection, Roof repair, Roof installation

Peachtree was great to work with. They coordinated everything with my insurance company to the point that I had to do almost nothing to have my roof replaced. They had the work done in a single day, and did a great job.Jared Bullock was great to coordinate with and was very helpful in coordinating the insurance process and making me aware of schedule. He made me aware of upgrades available and the pros/cons of each, but I never felt pressured to spend more than I needed or wanted to. Erik was very professional and helped throughout the whole process of getting a new roof. He called insurance and sent everything they needed and the roof was installed in less than a month. He was there the day of installation and even cleaned up afterwards and checked the driveway for nails. Absolutely love my new roof! Went with top-quality everything including double fiberglass shingles that are 130 mph wind resistant and have 50-year Platinum guarantee from Owens Corning. Brett scheduled Erik, the salesman, to come out the next morning on Saturday. Couple days later I had my new roof. Erik did a wonderful job taking videos of the attic damage and roof. It was very anxious when Justin Moore knocked on my door inquiring about the tarps across my roof. He asked if he could inspect the roof and I agreed. From that moment Justin was a God sent. He work with my insurance company to have my roof replaced with in a matter of weeks. I went from being anxious to grateful for this young man who knocked on my door. Jared and Peachtree were amazing! Jared was so kind and patient with me. He answered all my questions (even when I had to ask them 500 times for the info to sink in) and he made sure we understood the process. They came out and put on a new roof and made repairs as necessary. They cleaned everything up and came back several times to check and make sure it was all 1000% complete. I received a phone call from Jared Bullock offering a free roof inspection. I couldn’t believe my luck because I had recently had another roofing company come do a roof inspection. I had placed a claim with my insurance company but never heard back from the roofing company.When Jared did our inspection we found out that because the prior roofing company had not followed up, the claim had been denied. Jared immediately stepped in and did everything necessary to get the claim reopened. He made many many phone calls on our behalf, went on our roof for pictures at least twice, and used his drone to take images of damage. Jared worked very closely with us and our claims adjuster until our claim was approved. This was absolutely the easiest stress free process for us because Jared did all the work!We are very happy with the finished product. Our roof looks amazing and was completed in one day. Overall, my wife and I are very pleased with how the process was handled so smoothly. Even with the numerous hurdles the crew faced in replacing the roof on our house and shop, they took everything thrown at them with a great attitude and mindset even when they had to get into our attic to detach our old power fans before adding the new ridge vent. Jared did a great job keeping us informed about each step of this process while making sure any questions and concerns were handled. Our new roof looks great and the new ventilation has made a noticeable difference in the temperature in the upper portions of our home.
