I'm a little late in posting this review but in early December 2023, we started the process of having our roof inspected. David and Carter helped us starting with the initial inspection, submitting a claim, and then working closely with the insurance adjuster to ensure all paperwork was completed. Once the claim received approval, they went over the numbers with us and we scheduled the replacement of our roof.The execution from beginning to end led by Alex and his team was truly exceptional. The team did a thorough job including cleaning up the day of the replacement. The following day, Alex came by to inspect the area after the dump truck was picked up to ensure thorough cleanup, including the search for any lingering nails.Throughout the entire process, the RRE team, (David, Carter & Alex), showed a high level of thoroughness, insight, and professionalism. If you find yourself in need of a roof replacement, I would highly recommend this team for their outstanding service. Thank you RRE team!

We got estimates to get the hail damaged shingle roofs replaced on three buildings, our house, barn and workshop. We chose Raleigh Residential Exteriors (RRE) to do the job...we are so glad we did! From the beginning everything went smoothly. Ray provided us with shingle samples (we decided to change the color since all buildings need replacement), ensured the need stock was reserved early to ensure the product was available, explained their process and scheduled the job promptly. He worked closely with us to ensure appropriate safety measures were followed to prepare the barn/stall areas and ensure our horses safety was high priority throughout the entire job. The RRE team was organized, punctual, hard working and worked well together. They covered all landscaping and deck areas around the house to protect them. The roofing team worked quickly and efficiently to remove the old roofing, make needed repairs and install the new quality roofing products. They were meticulous in cleaning up after themselves and constantly ran magnets to pickup stray nails, especially so around the barn. We also had new gutters and downspouts installed. The gutter team was in/out in no time and the results were beautiful and well done. Overall the RRE teams were awesome! They all did an outstanding job! I highly recommend RRE for your roofing, gutters and siding needs! In this time of so many things going wrong, being delayed or having to deal with unreliable people, Ray and his teams at RRE were so great to work with. They did a nice job in helping to work with the insurance company to have the roof replacement covered due to storm damage.The roofing crew did a nice job on the tear off of the old shingles and install of the new shingles. They were respectful of the house and property, covering as much as possible with tarps. They were very good at cleaning up at the end of the day. We found very few nails and very little debris around the yard in the following days. They did a great job on the install with nice clean straight lines. The Certainteed shingles look very nice!

Several houses in my neighborhood suffered roof damage from a severe hail storm last year, and my house was no exception. Fortunately, RRE took good care of it, from an accurate roof inspection, damage report and estimate, and dealings with my home insurer, to conclude with a whole roof replacement, which was completed in a single day and with minimum discomfort. Once a contract was signed and an installation date scheduled, things took off. Roof installation was fast! All done within a day and looks really well. Also had a metal roof for the porch installed. Both go great with the décor of the home. Alex the PM was very responsive to questions and comments I had at all points before, during, and following the installation. I called their office, Their sales guy came to my house, checked out roof damage, said he would get an estimate...didn't get it to me... I asked a week later for the estimate, he said again he would get it to me, then I never heard from him again. So I got another company to do the work.

Was very happy with their work. Trace did great communicating throughout the whole process and addressing any questions or concerns I had. The crew did good work and did a good job cleaning up after they were done. They facilitated the conversation with my insurance company as well. The whole process was very smooth.If I had one nit it would be that the name of the company seems to imply they do more than roofing, but at the end of the day they are just a roofing company. I had a few other repairs (damaged chimney cap and some wood rot) that I thought they might also do since they are, after all, part of the exterior of my residence and the company's name is Raleigh Residential Exteriors, but alas they were only able to help with the roof. I had Raleigh Residential Exteriors do a full roof replacement, siding replacement on my chimney, and I had them re-build the stairs on my back deck. Ray and his team did a fantastic job. The stairs, especially, were a difficult project given the terrain and the design, but the finished product was very impressive. Ray was communicative throughout the project, and the work was done quickly and within budget. Highly recommend Raleigh Residential Exteriors for any exterior project.

We had a great experience with RRE! We called them when we found a leak in the ceiling of our sons room. They immediately came out and put an emergency fix on the leak and did a roof inspection. They found storm and hail damage and we ended up doing a full roof replacement and also gutters. We decided to also add gutter guards when they replaced our gutters which were so thankful for. They ended up fixing our interior damage, replacing our roof, and replacing gutters and damaged boards that were behind our gutters. They did a great job from start to finish, were very thorough and professional and the finished product is great! Raleigh Residential Exteriors (RRE) was incredible to work with. There was a long battle with Allstate Insurance to receive proper reimbursement for roof damage sustained during a storm. Our RRE representative helped take charge of these discussions with the insurance company. He was persistent, patient, and kept me updated. A very professional and friendly experience all around.The roofing experience itself was good. I'm no expert but it looks good and the crew was expedient and cleaned up after themselves. There was also an identified contact for me to speak with during the day.
