We hired Raleigh Roof Rescue after receiving 3 additional quotes. Key issue I found with other companies was the individual quoting the estimate is not present while the work is done, and some companies wanted 1/2 the price before work is started. Thom and Cary, Owners were present every day while work was performed and went above and beyond with the smaller details and issues that arise during a project. They take great care to ensure the property is cleaned up every day and the team is pleasant and cordial. We also had A Gazebo cedar roof replaced, which ended up looking fantastic. Integrity and quality workmanship demonstrated throughout.

I had a neighbor use this company. I am very impressed with both Thom and Cary. Thom did an anaylis of my roof. He found enough damage to submit an insurance claim. He even walked the roof with the insurance adjuster. He was able to match the insurance claim and upgrade to a 50 year. They use quality -- best of industry products and ensure excellence. I also had some damage inside and they can cover the painting. Nice to find one-stop reliability. The crew is amazing. Many are veterans and the three brothers work so well together. Thom and his team are outstanding. What a joy the have such outstanding service and quality work! They replaced our roof which had incurred hail damage. They are professional yet very personable and go above and beyond to make sure the job is done well and efficiently. Cary and the crews are awesome! Strong windstorm on Christmas eve blew our our shingles and had done extensive damages, which ended up requiring total roof replacement. They installed few roofs in my neighborhood and they all gave me positive feedback, so I decided to go with them. From the beginning to end, their professionalism and craftmanship pleaseantly surprised me! They came to do pre-inspections and represented me with inspections by insurance and explained details to us. They came in on time and installed on time. I was surprised that they cleaned the mass every day after work, too. Now, new roof is installed and everything handled within 2-3 weeks since the damage! I cannot be happier! Thom and Cary were great, they answered all my questions and were very responsive. The work that was done is excellent and is really done with pride and quality. The work was completed on time (1 day and beat the rain storm). There is a supervisor on the job at all times to ensure work is done up to their and the customer's standards. I highly recommend this company for anyone that needs a new roof. The two owners were friendly, on time, and answered all of my questions. There were no surprises and they did an excellent job, both on our roof and working with our insurance company. Bonus: I learned a lot about fire safety as both owners are retired fire fighters.
