Amazing experience. I’ve had contractors performing work on my home for the better part of two years as a part of a large scale renovation. We recently had Raleigh Windows and Siding refresh all of the exterior of our house. We replaced all of our windows, exterior doors, siding and gutters. From the beginning, we were impressed with the attention to detail. The quote was promptly received. Once the materials were available, three different teams (windows, siding, and painting) coordinated well with each other. Their work was meticulous and precise. Andrew Forster was on-site almost daily and guided his staff to fix minute details or would jump in to do the work himself. No detail we pointed out seemed to be insignificant to them. All of the workers were polite and professional. Each day the worksite was well cleaned before leaving.We look forward to having him and his staff work their magic on the interior of the house.

Andrew and his dad of Raleigh Windows and siding have taken care of my house for a decade now.When it came time to replace my siding, I did the responsible thing and got several estimates, one of which was from Andrew.Making big decisions is hard for me and Andrew was patient and understanding through the whole process. He kept pursuing my business for a month or two while I pondered the BIG decision! He kindly answered all of my questions and consistently followed up on my inquiring emails. My husband and I built a new home and debated on what type of siding to use. We researched and decided to go with LP Siding. Purchased a 30+ year old home with Masonite siding that was overdue for replacement. We contacted Raleigh Window & Siding and worked with Andrew and his team to replace the siding, trim, fascia, all exterior doors, and gutters. Andrew was always easy to get in touch with, extremely knowledgeable on the LP products and design, professional, and delivered on his all of his promises. Our experience working Andrew and with all his team members was excellent all around!All of RWS's crews were friendly, respectful, and experienced; you could tell that they took great pride in their workmanship and that the homeowner's concerns were important to them. The site was left super clean at the end of each day. The work schedule was consistent and reliable starting and ending at the same time.LP Smartside was a huge upgrade to this house. This is a very sharp looking product, highly recommend it. Even before the siding was painted the house looked amazing! With new doors, gutters, and fresh paint, we could not be happier with the outcome, and with RWS. These guys know their stuff and turn out an incredible final product!

I contacted Raleigh Windows and Siding about getting some siding replaced and Andrew came out the same week to talk through my options and get a quote started. I had 40 year old cedar plank and fascia that was rotting and gutters that would constantly leak. We decided to replace all of my old siding, fascia, and gutters. They also set me up with an amazing option for financing. Once we scheduled the work, the process was completely painless and worry free as a home owner! From start to finish it took exactly 3 weeks and I was able to work from home throughout. Andrew and his team were able to quickly answer any questions or concerns I had and they kept the entire workspace clean and tidy. The end product turned out better than I could've ever imagined. We needed a repair to our siding caused by another contractor. Andrew was very quick to respond to our query (they had installed our siding over 16 months previously) and he sent someone over to do the repairs we needed very quickly and the work was so good we couldn't tell there had been any damage to the siding. It's a rare occasion when I can't find a fault in some company's work. This, however, is one of them. Raleigh Windows and Siding did an excellent job of re-siding our nearly 200 year-old home. Their team of siding specialists went the extra mile to ensure the quality of their installation. Any requests for specific work was handled immediately and their desire to satisfy my needs was really impressive. They arrived each day and immediately began work. They cleaned up the yard everyday and kept their workspace clean. ALL the workers were very friendly and didn't seem to mind my all too many requests. I would certainly recommend Raleigh Windows and Siding to anyone.

Raleigh Windows and Siding replaced all the windows in our 19 year old house. From the beginning (prompt reply and consultation) to the end we have been extremely satisfied. My family and I had a great experience with Andrew and his crew. They are professionals, quick and always leave the job site clean after every day. The crew starts everyday at 8am, even if it's a Saturday and it's 30º outside.We had a few hiccups with the new door which had to be reordered because it was the wrong size, Andrew went above and beyond to make sure the job was finished ASAP and communicated frequently to maintain accurate expectations.All in all 5 stars, do yourselves a favor and hire Raleigh Windows and Siding, LLC for your next job.

Highly recommend for replacement windows! We needed to replace the original windows in our 1947 house. I really appreciated that Raleigh Windows and Siding carried both fiberglass and vinyl replacement windows. Patrick was able to explain to me the pros and cons of each one and we decided to go with the Marvin Infinity Fiberglass windows. (The quote we got from the Marvin Replacement Window division was 50% higher than Raleigh Windows and Siding). The windows came in ahead of schedule and the installation was expertly handled. It was a great process from start to finish and we have enjoyed our new windows for over a month now with no issues!

If I could give a higher rating than "5" I would.As an architect and former insurance adjuster, I have a keen understanding of the renovation process and I know what I'm looking for in a contractor and if the work has been done properly.Andrew took time to speak with me (and my husband) at length about what we wanted done for our house and what kind of budget we were operating within. He provided multiple options for consideration and then kept us updated on timing of the work once we were under contract.Andrew was onsite at the beginning of each phase and then stopped by randomly to check on progress. His crews were VERY professional and polite and took great care to leave our yard and driveway tidy at the end of each day.We absolutely LOVE our new siding and we get compliments from our neighbors every time we're outside! We can't thank Andrew and his team enough for their hard work!

Had vinyl siding replaced, exterior doors replaced and a door completely removed on a quirky old house. The finished siding looks extremely sharp. The doors are all weather tight and neatly installed. The one door that was removed is like it never existed. I had Raleigh Windows & Siding replace all of my windows in 2021. I am thrilled with them and wanted to write an email to tell them as such even though it's been three years. Then I realized I never left a Google review, so am doing so now. The following is the email I sent to them this morning."I have lived in my house for roughly 10 years. I've done various upgrades over the years. I installed Pergo laminate floor, had a Belgard patio pavers installed, had a new backdoor installed, spent a big chunk of change on a new AC/Furnace and also had all the windows replaced by your company - Raleigh Windows & Siding. The Pergo floors are dented/scratched, I have weeds/grass growing between my pavers, backdoor is leaking again, and my upstairs is still hot in summer. But, my windows? My windows are fantastic! Out of all the money I have spent on my house, I am most happy with my windows. Even though it's been almost three years, I wanted to let you know that I am still quite pleased with the windows."If you are contemplating new windows, go for it and definitely talk with Raleigh Windows & Siding.

Raleigh Windows and Siding did a roof replacement on my home. The existing roof was nearly 25 years old and the thee-tab shingles were breaking down on the edges of the roof.The replacement was done in one day. After stripping the roof down to the plywood, two small areas of plywood were repaired. RhinoRoof, valley sheets, and edge shingles, were followed with Atlas Pristine Weathered Wood architectural shingles and ridge venting. We did not get a replacement, we got a brand new roofing system.The day heated up to 98 degrees and the crew worked without stopping, except for lunch, and finished the cleanup as the sun set. The next day, the contractor came by and made some slight adjustments and finished the shingles on the ridge vents.We are very happy with the workers, the products and the superintending of the work. Our roof will be in good shape for all weathers to come.Talk to Bruce Forster about your home improvement before you sign the contract with any other contractor.The pictures show the morning start and afternoon finish.

We had our windows replaceed by Raleigh Windows and Siding in April 2014. Recently, two of the windows had a problem with a sash detaching from the window. We reached out to Bruce Forster. Even though his company no longer sold the brand of windows we purchased, Bruce was able to locate replacement windows and replaced them free of charge. You can't get much better customer service than that!

Professional execution from start to finish. Andrew displayed patience as he helped us to define what it was we actually wanted to do. We resided our entire house with James Hardie and replaced all soffits, facias, etc. and replaced out front door. The crew was efficient, friendly and clean.Any concerns we brought up were handled quickly and without hesitation. The entire company goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction.We run a short term rental on our property and everyone was very accommodating with our schedule to ensure minimal to no disruptions to our guests.

I could not be happier with the job done by Raleigh Windows and Siding. From the beginning to the end they made this process easy and friendly despite our less than ideal circumstances. To start, the previous siding on our house, which came with the home, was part of a class action lawsuit. We had tried for a couple of years to figure out how to file with the lawsuit but had no success. Raleigh W&S sent out flyers that they were already working on a home in our neighborhood that was involved so we reached out to see if they could help. They came out, looked things over, took pictures, took down a board to find out if it was the ones that were part of the lawsuit (they were) and put us in touch with a neighbor who had been successful. At every point we hit a brick wall, they were there patiently helping us through it. Took many many months for us to sign a contract with them b/c we were waiting to hear back if our claim was approved. Once it finally was, we moved forward. The work was done in a timely manner. The siding looks amazing... and so does the paint job. The entire crew was professional to work with and ensured at every step of the way that we were happy with the work being done.

Raleigh Windows and Siding replaced the windows for my current home about five years ago. Any time I've had a question or created a problem because of MY operator error, the company has been quick to respond and most helpful and understanding. The company had also replaced a few windows at a former home in Cary, and those windows worked well, too. Their bid was not the lowest but was selected because of the quality of their product and workmanship for installation. I do not have to hire people to wash my windows because the type selected fold in for both sashes to be washed from the inside. Energy efficiency was a big consideration in window selection as well, an option that was also offered.You will not be disappointed if you consider Raleigh Windows and Siding for your replacement window needs.

We needed to replace the siding, gutters, and downspouts on our 30+ year-old home. The plan was to use Hardie siding. We researched and received quotes from several local companies, large and small. Andrew from Raleigh Windows and Siding called on a holiday and talked me through what they could do and we discussed an alternative to Hardie called LP Smartside. I did more research on my own and decided this looked like a good alternative to Hardie – longer warranty, slightly lower cost, easier installation, and more environmentally friendly. Andrew followed up a few times, checking to see if we had any questions. We decided to go with Raleigh Windows and Siding, not because they were the least expensive, because they were not. They we not the most expensive either, but Andrew’s communication throughout the process was great – not pushy, but explaining options, working with us on price, and making sure we were comfortable with our decision.Work started mid-October with complete removal of the old Masonite siding, the gutters, downspouts, trim, soffit, facia, etc.. Carlos and his crew worked crazy-fast to get all the old stuff removed and our house wrapped. They then installed the trim and siding and it looked great. They listened and answered my questions throughout the process and were great about keeping the mess to a minimum. After the siding was installed, Martin and his crew did the caulking and painting. Martin always has a smile on his face and he provided his expert guidance on paint sheen and options. The paint job looks amazing. Last big install was the gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards, all expertly installed by a competent crew in just a few hours.Overall, our project took a bit over four weeks from demo to completion. We are very pleased with the way our home looks with a new exterior. The project went smoothly and Andrew was onsite many days and answered questions and addressed my concerns (there were not many). The subcontractors were all exceptional and a pleasure to have working on our home project. I highly recommend Raleigh Windows and Siding.
