James was very polite and professional and provided timely updates on the entire process (which was quite lengthy with the delays by the insurance company). He went the extra mile and kept me informed of where things stood. The roof looks great and it was all done in one day by a quality team. We've had no issues and couldn't be more pleased with the product. The whole process was about seven months with the insurance company with the roof being put on in the third month (hail damage and discontinued shingles). I was a little skeptical when I received a phone call for a free roof inspection after recent storms in the Apex, NC area. Fear not, James Warren and Regal Roofing was great to work with from start to finish. James did a free inspection of our roof and found damage from recent storms. He met with the claims adjuster and a new roof was approved. Our roof looks amazing again and upgraded to architectural shingles! It was 24 years old and replaced yesterday. I deal with many contractors and James was very professional and on point. Communication was very good and the crew was on time and cleaned up well. Almost unheard of these days. Thank you!

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Dylan and Regal Roofing. Dylan is a super nice guy and was so helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. We previously had another roof inspector come out and he wasn’t confident that we would be able to file a claim with our insurance to cover our roof. When I called Regal Roofing Dylan came out and after doing a thorough inspection said we had more than enough wind damage to file a claim with our insurance - and he was right. We were able to get our insurance company to cover everything except the deductible. What began as a stressful situation turned into a great experience with a great company. I learned a lot and any questions or concerns I had were quickly answered. The team that came out to replace our roof were friendly, professional and extremely respectful of our property. They did a really great job and I couldn’t be happier with our beautiful new roof! Dylan even came out the following week to do another inspection and to make sure we were happy with the work. James Warren stopped by our house after noticing that our shingles were in poor condition. And he told us that these particular shingles had been discontinued years ago due to defects resulting in legal action against the manufacturer. After his inspection of our roof, he helped us file a claim with our home owners insurance . After our claim was processed, James explained every step in the insurance process and then covered the installation process. He also carefully reviewed Regal’s contract so that there would be no surprises. James worked with us in a professional manner and his roofing specialist skills are a credit to Regal Roofing.Installation day went very smoothly. The job was completed in one day and the cleanup was excellent. The crew was efficient and we were especially impressed with the two ladies who worked on the ground constantly picking up the debris off the roof.James followed up the day after the roof installation. Dylan, walked me through the complete repair from the initial inspection to completion. Met with insurance adjusters, was on the job site the day repairs were made and the new roof was put on.
