Great experience. The field rep was very personal and actually cared about taking care of me and not just get the job done. It also helped that he knew his stuff well. Handled my roof claim quickly and efficiently, and did an excellent job in talking to my insurance adjuster. Also, they did my roof and detached garage in a day! I would highly recommend them.Update: a couple years later, my satellite fell off my roof and took some shingles with it and damaged a little of the wood underneath. When looking through my work order from RR just to see what type of shingle they used, I saw that satellite removal/disposal was supposed to have been done (the dish was from the previous home owner). I called them and 4 days later someone was out there to fix the damage!

I will never recommend this company. I was approached by a salesman travelling thru my neighborhood. He asked if he could look at my roof. He did an extensive review and told me I had a damage, from a storm for a date I could not remember. He told me I needed a new roof. Both the salesman, and a different inspector looked at the roof prior to installation. No one ever told me there were issues with the plywood underneath the tiles. During the installation no one told me that there was an issue with the plywood again. I now have a roof that looks worse then the old one. It waffles. I have tried to work with the company regarding this and no one has returned my phone calls.

I have yet to come across a company in NC which doesn't over-promise and under-deliver!Got my roof redone which is holding up so far, but the whole process was a pain and they also had to re-work the roof since they missed a rotten piece of plywood although it was discussed in detail before they got started. The yard was somewhat left clean afterwards.Was promised a "special thank you" in the mail to make up for the issues which I never received.Cannot really recommend them!

Replaced my roof over 3500 square feet in 2 days and it looks and functions great. The yard was left very clean and both my sales rep and project manager inspected the job before during and after the roof was completed. Thanks Steve

Highly recommend this company. They have installed roofs on a number of my neighbor's houses and we were all happy. Not only did they do a great job on the roof, but the clean up was exceptional.

This company put a roof on for my mother they had to come back a few times to fix spots because her roof was still leaking after repeat calling and calling Telling my mom the problem was hers and it was how her roof was build that was why her roof was still leaking but they neglect to tell her while putting on the roof that particular place on her roof was a low patch which need work but instead that put the shingles on anyway. I do not recommend .Taking advantage of people is no way to do business no one prosper getting over on people just take make a profit.

Horrible work. Unbuckled siding where 2nd story meets roof, and didnt even replace the flashing under it after tearing the siding away. Never said anything. Had to discover the hard way. Siding repair and drywall repair needed as it caused leak. They never return calls.

Unprofessional leadership give customers unrealistic timelines, then punish staff for not being able to meet these deadlines. I do not recommend this company.

2nd time using them and very impressed each time!! Steve called right back and came out the next day for the estimate. Work was completed a few days later. Will def use again. Thanks guys!!

Promised to cover my deductible sent incorrect paperwork to my insurance company and now refuses to cover my deductible
