This company has been monumental in helping me meet all of my roofing needs and has set a new STANDARD OF SERVICE in this industry. Please forgive my username as this account is used for purposes unrelated to work or social life. I had the pleasure of getting a replacement of my 18-year old roof that had experienced a bad leak after a storm and some wind damage. Roof Medic came out did an inspection and from that day forward the team was Responsive, Knowledgeable, accommodating, and of the highest quality. My job was done on time and I know how hard that can be when it comes to construction. I couldn’t be happier this company has such integrity and they showed a tremendous investment towards my roof. I would recommend!

5 star experience with Roof Medic all around! Pat with Roof Medic assisted with my insurance claim and installed new GAF shingles that are absolutely beautiful. They also provided a 25 year warranty for an extra piece of mind. I even reached out several months later for a new gutter system to complete the look. Roof Medic was amazing. Pat did the inspection with my insurance agent and did the majority of communications with them so we didn't have to sweat the details. Pat answered any questions I had and walked us through the process making sure everything was clear. The roofing crew was great; they worked hard and fast and did a great job of cleaning up any mess and took care of our outside decorations and furniture. I came across Roof Medic a couple weeks ago when a rep approached me about some blown off shingles on my home in Raleigh, NC. This company (based in both Charlotte and Raleigh) has helped me tremendously increase the value and aesthetic of my home. The process was super simple and explained very well.
