We are so grateful to have come across Houston. He has patiently worked with our insurance company on our behalf. He has been with us every step of the way. His communication is excellent and very professional. Most importantly; our beautiful new roof was installed this past Tuesday. His employees went above and beyond their best work. I am especially happy to know he added more protection by adding more layers and “cutting in” shingles. ( not used by previous company that installed our roof that kept failing). Our home needed a gutter repair. So, we called Roof Stepper for assistance. Houston was prompt, responsive, and professional. He diligently diagnosed our problem and offered a rundown of all possible solutions. Once a decision was made, he performed a quick repair (i.e., in less than one day after we made a decision on how we wished to proceed). He was willing to drive to our home on a Sunday to examine our issue, and he spoke with me as I had questions throughout the weekend. The repairs performed by Roof Stepper corrected work that was insufficiently performed by a different gutter specialist. He explained everything succinctly and kept us updated throughout the process. I would highly recommend Roof Stepper for its expert advice, but we have been most impressed by the courteousness and professionalism we experienced. We will definitely use Roof Stepper again when the need arises.

Houston Colson replaced my roof six months ago. He proved to be trustworthy, knowledgeable, reliable, and professional; exceeding my expectations every step along the way. Knowing very little about replacing a roof, it was imperative that I dealt with an individual that I trusted and was able to explain the process while pointing out essential elements often neglected by some companies. Houston guided me through the entire process including working with my insurance company. My insurance company originally rejected my claim; however, the decision was reversed after Houston met with the insurance adjuster on my roof, showing proof of damage. His installation team arrived as scheduled performing their work with excellence. They left without a trace, leaving my yard free of debris and nails. Houston kept me apprised of the entire process from beginning to end. I recommend Houston without reservation for any of your roofing needs.

WOW. Roof stepper went all out ! From start to finish, Houston kept my wife and I in the loop. He did exactly as he promised and made sure we were not only happy with the timing and “taking the hassle/steps for us” but he refused to let up until we were completely satisfied and confident with the new roof. Our neighbors Ed and Joanne are in the process of getting there’s done by him too! I was hesitant at first, I’m not sure why I guess because it’s a big job and the insurance company didn’t cover 100% of the replacement.. but Houston (the owner) guaranteed me he will be there every step of the way and went over the process again and made sure I understood the pros and the cons. I am so glad I listened to him because he delivered! Not only was he there for me every step of the way but he made sure that the crew did an impeccable job with the replacement. I would give 6 stars if I could. Don’t go anywhere else!!!
