Not professional and rude.First time visiting and will never return. RUDE older blonde cashier, snarled and huffed at the smallest of questions.. they didnt end up have something in stock there and without even checking she said no other store in Raleigh would have primer either..ABC SUPPLY WAS ONLY 10 MINUTES AWAYI CALLED ABC SUPPLY ON THE WAYAND THEY HAD EVERYTHING WAITING FOR ME WHEN I ARRIVED where as roofing supply group couldn't even be polite or answer basic questions without being rude. Again, I will never do business there again.

RSG and all the staff there are unbelievable! The service provided is second to none. Ryan, the manager, Theresa, Amy, Tyler, Brad, Raj, Al, Mark, Jim, Devin, Susan, David; the list can go on and on (I’m sorry if I left someone’s name off) are fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about this solid group of employees and this Beacon branch. Service is everything for me and my company in this industry, and there is no better choice for material and service than this Beacon branch. FOR TRUCKERSflatbed unloading is on the north area of the building.Dryvan docks are on the south wall of the building so park close to Saints ave and go to fork lifter. He will show you how to find shipping office to check-in. For unloading you will have to turn left on Saints ave and go back through intersection to dock when previous truck leaves it.Check every pallet unloaded if you have load for few companies!
