We chose Roofwerks to replace our roof because 1) their quote didn’t require replacing the plywood if the existing was still in good repair, 2) they came recommended by neighbors, and 3) they had great manufacturer & workmanship warranties. Once selected, they scheduled the roof replacement within 4 days! Their team showed up promptly morning of, and was finished before 1pm. While the team was speedy, they were meticulous! We’ve yet to find any lingering remains. They even spray painted the pipes protruding above the roof black to match, making it look just that much more refined. All in all, we saved ~$1.5K from choosing Roofwerks over Baker’s. Couldn’t recommend Fred Medlin & his team more.

Roofwerks recently replaced my 25-year-old roof and did an excellent job. Fred came out to give me the estimate and spent a lot of time explaining to me what would be done and how it would be done. He answered all my questions and was on site during most of the days when the work was performed. The team was very polite and did a great job cleaning up after they completed. My new roof has been leak free. They came out promptly to repair some slight damage to a banister that was caused by a falling shingle. I have been very happy with the work, and would recommend them without reservation.

Roifwerks did an excellent job on the roof. There was miscommunication within the company when the laborers were working on the replacement roof. We asked not to tear down an existing chimney, but they tour it down. We were very disappointed that this happened. They did not charge us for the demolition or the repair to fix the error. My advice would be to have a supervisor on site when the work is being performed. Roofwerks did the roof in a day with minimal damage to flowerbeds and surrounding areas. We did loose a bird feeder in the process. We asked if we should remove it before hand and was told no. Found it broken after the roof was completed, hanging on the back porch. Nothing was said nor apologized for.I would recommend them for a new roof, even with the two mishaps.

Wonderful experience we had with Roofwerks Roof Co. The working team was excellent leaving everything in place and cleaned after they finish with the new roof installation. Another five stars to Fred our Sales Rep who went out of his way to be in my house with the crew as early as 6:30 AM. He also checked my front and back yard for nails and he found some! He was so polite and he answered all of our questions without a problem. We can only say that we highly recommend Roofwerks for anything related to roof.

Fantastic service and great warranty - I've had some issues with my roof years after install, no fault to roofwerks, just a weird design on my house. Jay has been super responsive in helping me with any issues YEARS past the initial install. They have come out and instead of patching small sections, they have opted to replace entire sections to make sure everything is perfect.Don't cut corners on your roof with price - Roofwerks is the real deal and will be there past the initial sale. They will be the only place I recommend!

After obtaining quotes for repair and replacement from a few different companies, we had Roofwerks do our residential roof replacement and soffit and fascia repairs. Best decision we could have made! I had a the roof redone on my house this past week and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. Roofwerks was amazing. I’m sure everyone there is great, but I hit the jackpot when I ended up with Shane as my point person. He made the process incredibly easy. He quickly responded to my questions, was very clear with the information and is extremely friendly and easy to talk to. Their team is great, efficient and also friendly. They did exactly what they said they’d do. It’s a messy process but they were very respectful of the yard and did a great job cleaning up. Shane even returned the next day to do a final sweep with the magnet. At no point did I feel unsure about my choice and with an investment this size that is saying a lot. I 100% recommend them without any hesitation!! Seriously, you’ll be in good hands.

Roofwerks replaced the roof and 7 skylights on our 3,200 sq ft 2-story home on 4/1 - 4/3/24. Fred Medlin met with me at the house to explain the process and take pictures and measurements for preparation of the quote. His experience and knowledge of the materials and process were significant factors in my decision to contract with Roofwerks. He supervised the job and kept me informed of the progress when I was not there. George and his crew were exceptionally efficient and professional in all aspects of the job. They worked a good 12-13 hours each of the first two days and, with rain coming in the early morning of the third day, they worked right up to dark the second day to get everything rain-ready or otherwise covered. I really appreciate their dedication and the top-notch quality of their work.

Roofwerks installed a new roof on my home over two years ago and the experience was excellent. Recently, I woke up in the middle of the night to the sound of water dripping in through my bathroom during a long rain storm. I emailed and left a voicemail that morning (a Saturday), not expecting to hear from anyone until Monday.Ted from Roofwerks was out at my house by noon that same very day to see what was going on. He crawled into the attic, was up on the roof, and figured it all out for us right then and there. The repairs required were more than something he could do on his own, but he figured out a way to temporary stop the entry point of the water. The whole crew was out to my house the Wednesday of that week to do the repair. Amazing!Every step of the way it's been such a seamless experience to work with this company. I've recommended them to several of my neighbors and wouldn't dream of hiring anyone else for a roof project. They take full responsibility for their work and are excellent communicators (a rarity these days from housing contractors...). If I could give Roofwerks 10 stars I would. And an extra shoutout to Ted, who gave us A+ service and continues to communicate to make sure our house was exactly as it was before this incident, inside and out. Roofwerks is the best!

I'm very happy with the roof and gutter system that Roofwerks installed. I'd used Roofwerks previously for minor roof patching and was happy with their workmanship and responsiveness, so i contacted them again for a new roof and gutter installation. Our project manager Fred was very friendly and a joy to work with. This was our first full roof replacement and he provided helpful insight and brought shingle samples to help us decide. I've needed a roof for a long time - since 2003, to be exact, as the roof over my addition has been leaking since then. I was tired of not being able to get an honest quote from any roofers without them asking for my homeowner's insurance info so they could submit a claim. I made a 20 year roof last 40 years... Until...On a recent Friday, I stopped by Roofwerks on my way home from the office to find out what the cost of a new roof would be. I met Fred Medlin, who was happy to talk with me and show me what they had to offer. Fred and I talked a bit and agreed that he should come out to the house and take a look. We scheduled the appointment for Monday. I was very impressed with Fred's knowledge of roofing as he explained some of the reasons my skylights and roof were leaking and what they would do to ensure the roof wouldn't leak again. I mentioned to him how many roofing companies worked to get a higher price by filing a claim against the homeowner's insurance policy. Fred assured me that they did not operate that way. I was relieved, and my trust in Fred increased. With Fred's honesty and kind demeanor, I knew I could trust Fred and he wouldn't lead me in the wrong direction.After a day or so I received the estimate and was surprised at the reasonable cost. Plus, they were offering a 5% discount for the holidays! Win-win! I think by Friday of that week we had a signed contract and the new roof installation began on Wednesday of the following week. Fred was there every step of the way and I never had to worry about anything! I mean ANYTHING!The roofers showed up early Wednesday morning and placed tarps around our house to collect the shingles and nails that were coming down. They even had a large dumpster to put all the debris. I didn't get home until later on Wednesday, but when I saw the completed roof and new sky lights on Thursday morning, I was truly amazed at the wonderful job that Fred and Roofwerks did! Everything was cleaned up, too, and they left no evidence that they had been there, except for the beautiful, new roof!I am so happy with my new roof and the new friend I met in Fred Medlin. Working with Fred was amazing and quite a comfort. He's a wellspring of information and I felt completely confident in my decision to go with Roofwerks. I highly recommend Roofwerks to anyone who may need a new roof or roof work!Be sure to ask for Fred, and tell him Robin sent ya! Thanks again, y'all! You all are wonderful and I appreciate you!

Roofwerks was the same price as another company we spoke with but we hired RW because the presentation was very professional and official. We were given all the infoAnd options upfront and it left very little to question. They were initially very responsive and came out quickly for a quote, and they continued with wonderful commumication throughout. That’s very important to us. They also worked around out tight schedule bringing a new baby home from the hospital. And most importantly the work was very good! Done in one day and the clean up was top knotch. The only thing I wish I had known was that the attic would be left with debris on our stuff. They probably warned us but I didn’t recall (was pregnant) and we didn’t cover our baby stuff up that we were storing. It got really grimey and gross to bring down into the house. But I stillGive them 5 stars!! Roof looks great!
