Clay was so personable and easy to work with! This was our first remodeling project, so what could have been a stressful endeavor turned out not to be. Clay reassured us it would all be okay and addressed any concerns we had in a timely and professional manner. His demo, drywall, plumbing, electrical, and tiling crew were all great, too. Clay (owner) with his teams completely remodeled two bathrooms in under two months before we moved in.From day 1, Clay was personable, responsive and he gave us design ideas. That was a major plus since we’ve not done a bathroom remodel before.I’ve also used Statewide for roofing repair, exterior rotting boards and installing new exterior door.I plan to use Statewide again for our last bathroom remodel and addition to our attic. Clay Curtis and his team at Statewide Construction did a fabulous job at our home. We had an unfinished second floor storage area that Clay finished off for a playroom for our 10 grandchildren, complete with heating/cooling, built-in shelves and a hidden door. In addition, he added two windows in our first floor hearth room, that lets in the afternoon sun. We are more than happy with the work and professionalism of Clay's team and would recommend Statewide to anyone looking for a fair price and great results. 5 stars for sure!

Shortly after moving into my home, I experienced a burst pipe in my upstairs bathroom that leaked into the ceiling below. Clay came out quickly and quoted all the necessary repairs, and went above and beyond to deal with my insurance company, who required endless amounts of justification. Once clearing the initial hurdle of insurance and awarding the project, Clay and his team did a great job of doing all of the necessary repairs on a timely basis. Clay and his crew knocked out my roof replacement in a day, and right before a heavy rain storm hit. No leaks! They will also make sure to replace any damaged roof sheathing before laying the new shingles. They cleaned up, hauled everything away, and left me with a gorgeous new roof. Statewide Construction, and specifically Clay and Claudio, were so helpful as I prepared my house for sale. The house was almost 40 years old, so the preliminary inspectors report listed a number of issues that a buyer would ask to be fixed. My realtor contacted Statewide and they got to work immediately. They worked with me to make sure everything got fixed—even a cabinet door that a cabinet maker said could not be fixed. Because of the age of my house they had to do several things to comply with the current building code, including reinforcing the second story deck with steel bolts. This project involved cutting through a brick wall and into the ceiling of the basement so that the bolts could be secured into the floor of the house. They did a perfect job on fixing the structural issue and repairing the ceiling. The hose was immaculate when I returned. In preparation for sale, I also had some drainage issues at the front of the house. I initially worked with a firm that specialized in foundation work. I thought they had done the job properly, but days before we were scheduled to close, I had water in the basement. I called Statewide and they came the next day and over the next several days, repaired the problems caused by the foundation firm and completed the waterproofing and drainage properly. The sale of the house closed on time.I would recommend Statewide to anyone who needs major home repairs or is preparing their home for sale. They do top-notch very professional work.
