The owner, project manager and crew were fantastic. Greg help us to pick out the perfect style and color of the high quality shingles. The new shingles add ascetics and investment to the property. In addition to the beauty of the fine quality roof, I now understand that addition to the shingles are the seal, defend, and breathe provided a water-proof barrier, protection from rain and ice, and ventilation allowing the attic to breathe. I was referred to statewide roofing from a friend . Jerome Johnson came out to my house within a week and did a free inspection for storm damage, very polite young man. He explained to me how the insurance company will pay for my roof if there’s enough damage. The whole process was very easy I was impressed how quick it was!! I had a new roof within a month it’s crazy how fast it is. Definitely will recommend to my friends now.

I can not believe how smooth replacing our roof has been! I'm glad my insurance company recommended Greg at Statewide Roofing. After they installed my hail resistant roof it HAILED! The workers cleaned up all the debris from the neighboring trees. This was not their mess to clean up but they did it anyway. I've had no issues with my roof and I'm very happy with the job and the people.

Statewide was very helpful when dealing with my insurance company and getting my storm damage claim approved. I’ve never done a claim before and they made it so easy I couldn’t believe how quick I got my new roof! My roof was done in 2 days and looks fantastic. I would definitely recommend them.

We were having our house painted and one of the painters doing painting of a hip roof section that serves as ventilation for the attic. He saw a 4-5 hole in our roof & took photos of it! Being alarmed I called our agent for a claim report. They gave me three names to call. None of them could respond for days and one said he did not do work in North Carolina! I was shocked and went straight to the Internet. The first name I saw I called and it was Statewide Roofing!The owner Rick answered my first call on the 2nd ring! I told him I had roof damage from a recent wind and hail storm! He sent someone out that very afternoon to cover our damaged roof with a tarp. I was sold then and there!This fast response allowed us to schedule an adjuster with our insurance company, State Farm. After their inspection we were informed our roof had both wind & hail damage and we would quality for a new replacement roof! From there Rick and Statewide Roofing picked up the ball and carried it through the entire process of getting the approvals for replacement & the installation of our new roof!I have nothing but good things to say about the owner Rick and his crew! They were positive and followed up on all aspects of the job from start to finish! We had a great response from beginning to the end! They replaced my roof after H. Florence. This past year my family room began leaking from the ceiling. My homeowners insurance would not pay because they could not find any visible roof damage, and said shoddy workmanship was suspected. I left several messages with this company, without any response. I filed a complaint with the NC Dept of Justice Consumer Protection Division, who asked them to respond to my complaint, and they refused to work with the agency. I ended up paying for the faulty roof myself. This is the greedy, unprofessional world we now find ourselves in.Service: Roof installation

We installed a new roof in our vacation house by this company last Dec, about half year ago. In Jun 15, the roof is leaking in few places in sun room. We called them to ask them to fix it as soon as possible, they told me they can't do it when it is raining. They will call me back. Then the weather getting better and they still didn't do it. Yesterday, Rain again, this time leaking everywhere in the sun room. The leaking is much worse than we haven't replaced the new roof in that room before. The carpet there got soaked in a few places. We tried to contact them again. The only thing I got again is "they will call me back". But it has been more than 2 weeks now. How can this happen with a new roof only half year? They did a bad roofing job, also bad customer services! They told us they have 5 years warranty, but they just don't fix it! I wish I can give them 0 star.The follows is response for "Response from the owner"They said I threat them, what I said is "If the issue will not solved soon, I will report to BBB, also keep my right to sue.", is that wrong?Also like they said in their response, they stayed at our house. but they told me they like the house and extended their stays (I have extended stays records), then I asked them to give me a review after they left and they gave me 5 stars. They told me they noticed my roof was leaking and could claim insurance and they are roofing company and can help me. I thanks them to point that out and go no bargain with them for their new roofer charge (much higher than my other house's new roof). But how can this new roof goes bad in such short time? I called/texted, after more than 2 weeks, still nobody go to my house to check and fix.

The employee that put my new roof on has since been fired by the company for embezzlement apparently. And I feel terrible for them but it turns out he also did a terrible job on my roof and I can't get anyone from the company to come out to look at it or even return my calls. I've got a leaking roof and the vent part was installed incorrectly allowing yard debris to come in and get all over my attic.

Darrell and Myra are amazing! His personality is very friendly and he's very outgoing. Very knowledge about his job and goes above and beyond the average. Myra is amazing as she's very comunicative. I think they did amazing
