It is rare you can leave someone a 5 star review in today's culture, but this company is well deserving. We interviewed 5 companies to mitigate our water damage and are so glad we chose the Water Damage Pros NC. Scott had great communication, was very professional, and most importantly was very respectful of our home and the needs of my children and pet. I was impressed with their materials to protect my floor and keep the mold from spreading. I thought their work was outstanding and I would definitely use them again.

These guys are so awesome! I contacted them regarding some water damage to my laundry room and Matthew and his crew came out the next day. Matthew and Juan worked all week to dry it out and constantly checked in/communicated with me what was going on. I can’t believe how brand new the subfloor looks after their work. I definitely recommend them and will 1000% be using them again if i have any issues!

Working with Water Damage Pros was a pleasant experience during a very stressful time. Water leaks are not fun, but Steve, Matt, and the rest of the crew did a wonderful job getting everything dried up and demo'd in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company as they are very professional and exceeded my expectations in two water damage incidents they have handled. Both times, they were prompt, thorough, professional and very detailed in ensuring the dry out was complete and all damaged flooring and walls were removed. They also handled all details with the insurance adjuster to make sure it all got covered. Steve and Scott worked on both of these incidents, and they were friendly, professional and trustworthy. They went above and beyond to make sure it all went smoothly, and I can rest easy knowing that mold will not be an issue.

Very professional in knowing their job. Did a great job on the cleaning up water in the home, upstairs and downstairs. Thoroughly checked each room for any water damage. Removed everything that was damaged by water (I.e carpet, removed cabinets from wall and removed appliances to see if there was damage on the walls. . Did a fantastic job. I found water damage pros to be highly professional and had a very positive overall experience. Steve and his crew were extremely helpful addressing my water damage situation. The team was quick to show up and performed an accurate assessment of the situation. They helped rule out water pipe or HVAC related leaks and identified the issue as roof related, which was later also confirmed by the roofing company. Steve clearly pointed out various repair options and helped identify possible ways to cover the cost (HOA, roofing company warranty, home owners insurance, self pay). Once we found root cause and decided on a path forward, the team was immediately available to perform the fix and was very competitively priced. Amazing to work with! Two days before Christmas we had a water leak from our second floor laundry into our garage causing damage to 4 different rooms and our electrical panel, so we were without power. We never experienced anything like this and didn't know who to call. We called several companies and none of them were available that close to the holiday. We called Water Damage Pros and they sent someone out so fast! Libby, Scott and Jose were amazing and extremely helpful with getting everything dried up and explaining everything to us. Steve the GM was also very helpful and they really worked with us while we tried to get things situated with our insurance company. In the midst of all of this mess they provided us with excellent customer service and peace of mind. This team is AWESOME. You called an expert because your house had an issue and the situation is awful. The only silver lining you're going to have is calling Water Damage Pros.The customer service is perfect, the level of care of your home is impeccable, and the response time is outstanding. We called the team at 4:30 on a Friday and the owner came out by 5:15, his crew was there by 6:15, and out the door by 9:00 (we had a water leak from our shower that soaked the guest room carpet to the bone). We were followed up with every day the machines did their thing and kept up to date on the progress.I couldn't recommend this company more.

The Water Damage Pros team was very responsive, on site quickly to start remediation. Scott, Steve, and all the guys were super nice and friendly, explained everything and addressed all my questions and concerns. They remained easy to reach, showed up when they said they would, were flexible to my changing schedule, were also very helpful dealing with insurance and were present when the adjuster was onsite to ensure he had a correct view of the initial damage and remediation efforts. We were extremely happy with Water Damage Pros! Unfortunately, we found an unknown leak behind our refrigerator. I called a couple of places and José was able to come out to our place within the hour (other companies, not until the next day). He was extremely kind and thorough; looking over everything and finding all the places the water had gone. He got fans and dehumidifiers going asap. I was wanting to wait for a quote from him and had someone else lined up to take a look at the damage and give a quote as well, before commuting to a company. José told me we could keep the fans until the next day, no charge, until we figured out what we wanted to do…just to get the drying process going. This was over and beyond what I thought most companies would do, and really what helped make our final decision to go with Water Damage Pros. It took a few days to dry, but they came back almost every day to check on the progress and see what needed to be done. Scott and his helper also came out multiple times and were great! Never a fun experience, dealing with water damage, but they were very helpful, kind, showed up when they said, and did what needed to be done. I had a great experience with Water Damage Pros. I discovered a water leak in my home close to midnight one night and called them for help. They made sure the water was turned off to avoid further damage and then came early in the morning to begin the process of getting my floors and crawlspace dried out. I had septic "yuck" in my crawl space and my plumber could not fix the problem until it had been cleaned up. I called a different company first, but their price seemed high to me and they waffled about when they would be able to do the work. Water Damage Pros came immediately and did the work for half the price I had been quoted from thr other company. Very pleased with the responsiveness and the value. The plumber told me that they had done a good job, as well.

When I discovered my dishwasher had been leaking for what appeared to be a long time I called the water damage pros, and they came prepared that same afternoon. They then took care of everything else. Their communication with me and my insurance was great, which made it much easier than I expected. In the end I did need to replace some of my subfloor, but throughout the process I could tell they truly cared about restoring my home. I called in the morning after having a very traumatic experience during our bathroom remodel. we had a pvc sewage pipe break. After taking my info down, they had a technician call me within 30 minutes and he was at my home 15 minutes after that. The gentlemen who came out to my home were Scott and Jose, both were extremely kind, professional, and knowledgeable about the issue. They discussed options of how to move forward. They completely put me at ease knowing I made the right choice and reaching out for expert help. I would 100% recommend and use them for any future problems I might encounter in our home.

I was fortunate enough to not have to much damage but they still went above and beyond to ensure that there was not any hidden damages. The guys were very professional as well as very knowledgeable. We had a water tank in the attic that leaked gallons of water before we knew it. 4 different levels of the home - attic, 2nd floor - 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and 1st floor - kitchen and Dinning and crawlspace were affected. When we Googled for local restoration service, Water Damage Pros NC popped up as the first contact. I called and Mr.Steve came shortly and we handed the water removal to him. His crew showed up and they worked late into the night setting up their equipment to remove moisture, air out the home, and to prevent mold. It took 4 days to completely dry the entire area and they had remove some walls, and flooring to contain damage.Also, Mr.Steve deals with the home insurance directly and he recorded his work everyday and kept us updated. His service gave us a peace of mind because of the extensive amount of water damage we had. We are now in the process of rebuilding! Steve M was extremely responsive and ready to act on our situation - even Sunday evening at 8pm. He and his crew were in place by 7:30 the next morning. They periodically checked on equipment, Re-evaluated and made changes as meter readings necessitated.
