My parent's roof was damaged from a storm and while Carolina Restoration was battling it out with State Farm to approve a new roof, Tripp and his crew stepped up to the plate and covered the damaged area with a tarp to keep their home safe from further damage due to rain and offered to replace the whole roof at a very reasonable price. Knowing that additional rain was coming Tripp had his crew out and roof was done in one day. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience getting our roof replaced. We were preparing to spend a huge chunk of money- then we met Tripp! He inspected our roof and told us he felt pretty confident insurance would cover replacement. He told us how to go about filing our claim and even had a working relationship with our insurance adjuster (who also sang Tripp’s praises). Tripp, and TruBlue Roofing came out after a tornado hit our neighborhood and took down several dozen trees. Tripp fixed the hole in our roof, replaced the mangled gutters, as well as interior painting and repair from water damage. Tripp worked with us and our insurance company, his estimate was accurate, and the work performed by all the TruBlue teams has been the highest quality with attention to the smallest detail. The laundry room looks brand new after their fix, the gutters are perfect, and the roofing shingles are an exact match. All the work was completed before the estimated time. When Tripp found out that my husband had to travel internationally, he had his team out to make sure all the work was completed days before my husband had to leave. Tripp went out of his way to give us peace of mind. The quality of work is impeccable. We had a tremendous experience with Tripp from TruBlue Roofing. He and his crew were first class all the way! He assisted with the whole process of filing our wind damage claim through our insurance company. Scheduled the installation within the week the claim was filed and the entire roof was replaced and completed in ONE business day. We have 2 small children and were worried about nails in our yard…..the crew did 2 different sweeps with a magnetic roller to clean the yard. I highly recommend TruBlue Roofing. Our experience from start to finish was excellent. I compared estimates with two other companies for a new roof, with skylights, new gutters, gutter guards and some minor wood repair. Ben was friendly, knowledgeable, always responsive and the prices were actually better than the others. I also had a referral from a friend who works with Ben, so I felt very comfortable choosing TruBlue. It took a while to arrange details on skylights that fit, and coordinating with house painting going on, but that was all as expected and Ben kept me in the loop as things progressed along. Likewise, he was flexible to work with us on the timing of everything so that we could fit it into our schedule as well. The job itself was very fast. Crew was friendly. And I was really impressed with the attention to detail of the cleanup afterward. In the end, we are very pleased with the results -- the new roof and gutters look amazing. This company is great to work with and does quality work -- they exceeded our expectations.

Ben has been AMAZING to work with at TruBlue Roofing. I am both a client and a Realtor and I refer TruBlue to as many clients as possible. There is NO ONE better! Whether my client was completely replacing their roof themselves, doing an insurance claim or just in need of repair, Ben has always been a great source of information on what was best for each of my clients needs. He is very skilled in working directly with an insurance adjuster too. I have been in emergency situations trying to get a house closed when a last minute roofing issue has come up. I have always been able to count on Ben and TruBlue to help me out and make sure both the buyer and seller were satisfied. He has a knack for keeping all parties calm in "not so calm" situations. There are even times I have had clients think they needed a new roof and Ben had advised a repair vs. replacement. That tells you you are working with someone you can TRUST! We almost got scammed by another roof company but luckily we were able to find TruBlue and they put a beautiful new roof on our house with no hastles. they stayed true to their pricing, did not try to up-sell us for any extra nonsense. Ben did our roof and it looks amazing! Great customer service and was very helpful in understanding the whole process dealing with insurance. He helped us with every step of the claim process. The whole process went smoothly from start to finish and was much faster than expected! The whole crew was professional and took time to move anything they thought might be in the way of falling debris, and then put it back when they were done. They were very thorough during and after installation making sure everything was clean, all debris was picked up and removed, and did several passes through our yard and driveway with a magnet to get any fallen nails. Ben has installed a new roof on four different houses I have owned in Cary, NC. The houses have ranged in size from 1400 - 3500 square feet. Every installation has worked out perfectly. I really like the fact that the crew showed up in the morning to remove the old roof and when they left that evening the new roof was completely installed. After some issues with getting the company to respond to a sky light repair that was not fixed after two of their repairs I posted a review and was contacted by the company immediately, at which point they made good on the repair, kept in communication and ensured things were fixed. I met Ben in the aftermath of Hurricane Florence. Living in New Bern I had those initial reservations about using a company from out of town. It turned out to be the best move we could have possibly made. TruBlue Roofing's craftsmanship is second to none. Our neighbors have been steadily commenting on the appearance of our new roof. TruBlue was able to complete both the main roof and the one on the He Shed in just one day. That was impressive in itself. As I see others have mentioned, Ben was very involved with the insurance adjusters, helping to guide us through what could have been a much less pleasant experience. 5 stars without a doubt!!
