Our situation was extremely challenging: Previous storm damage, current roof leak, Tropical Storm Isaias coming.James and his team took the time out of their weekend to put a roof on our house and do the job right. I called TruRelief on a Thursday. Mr. Ortega sent Heather out to fly a drone over my house on a day’s notice, the following Saturday they met with my adjuster to go over what had been damaged on my roof. The claims process went well and all I was asked for was to pay my deductible. Heather, James, and the TruRelief crew installed a new roof on my house and I’m grateful for the quality, the way it was tastefully done, and that it was installed quickly. Mr. Ortega paid my house a personal visit before the install and recognized that my 5” gutters were insufficient to catch the water coming off roof. TruRelief arranged to have 6” gutters installed for a reasonable price. When the last storms came through, my gutters did not overflow as they did in the past.
