United Contracting replaced the shingles on my house in April 2024. They used CertainTeed shingles manufactured in Oxford, NC. United Contracting did an outstanding job with the entire roof replacement process. They arrived at all the appointments on time and were very professional. On the day of the installation, they worked 7:00 AM to sunset. The quality of their workmanship was excellent. They protected all the ornamental plants and cleaned up the debris afterwards. I would highly recommend United Contracting of Raleigh for roof replacements. Rating: A+Harvey

We just had United Contracting put a new roof on our home. I couldn't be happier with the results, it is beautiful! Everything from having the roof inspected, to choosing our shingles, to the work itself was painless. If I hadn't happened to be working from home today, I would never had known the crew was here (aside from seeing my beautiful roof). The job itself took less than a day, start to finish. the crew made sure every bush was protected and scraps and nails were cleaned up completely before they left. I will certainly recommend Jeff and his team to anyone looking for a new roof!

They were extremely helpful and took the time to make sure we understood all of the steps to the process. They worked directly with our homeowners insurance and made everything run smoothly. On top of that, the crew was on time, worked diligently, and then cleaned up our property before leaving. I mean they went above and beyond by blowing all the leaves off the driveway before leaving (that was the cherry on top of it all)! Customer service, communication, and follow-through was top-notch and I can’t emphasize enough how they were such a great company to work with.
