We had such an amazing experience with Wiser Roofing! Michael made the whole process a breeze. He is very knowledgeable and honest. It’s a pleasure working with him! We had hail damage and needed a new roof. Wiser Roofing coordinated the communication and all needed steps with our insurance. We were even given regular photo updates through the installation as we were out of town. When we got back the area was spotless and the roof perfect! I am a young single woman homeowner and got quotes from several companies that made me feel taken advantage of before I stumbled upon Wiser Roofing. Michael came to my house the same day for a roof inspection and found water damage that several other guys had missed. He was professional, personable, and clearly passionate about roofing. He explained the process to me in detail and showed me samples of everything that would go on my roof. He sent me an itemized breakdown of the costs- something that other companies refused to do. He was very transparent and able to answer all of my questions. The day of the installation his team started promptly at 7:00am as promised and the whole process was finished by early afternoon. Michael Torres and Wiser Roofing were referred to me and I'm very glad I reached out. It started as an expected small patch job, and Michael came out to do an inspection, replete with very detailed report. The final project turned into a full roof replacement, new gutters, chimney repair, and roof over my porch. I noticed the great job Mike Torres and his team did on my neighbors roof so I inquired about a free inspection. Mike came over and took the time to explain everything to me in great detail, showing me the which shingles he will be using and how they compare to other shingles. When I decided to have my roof done he basically walked me through the process from beginning to end. His team came on time and worked diligently to finish the project on time. They took care not to damage my property and cleaned everything up when they were done. I was so worried that this was going to be a painful project but Mike and his team made it so easy. These guys are the best.

Wiser roofing went above and beyond expectations. I had a leak on my ceiling I suspected was coming from my 20 year old roof. Michael Torres quickly came over to assess the situation. He confirmed my suspicion, and he walked me through the process on getting a new roof. While he was at my house he greeted my dogs with treats! Lol He gave me a quote and answered all my questions, and trust me I had a lot of them. I’m the type of person who will get 3-4 quotes and ask a lot of questions. He was patient and always answered the phone. He was the guy I trusted the most and I wanted to support a smaller company. Then the day his crew arrived one of my older cars was in the driveway blocking access to my house, and would not start. We had no jumper cables. Needless to say I was a bit embarrassed. One of his guys said no problem. He jumped into action. He literally took the battery out of one of my other cars. Started the the dead car with it. Switched the batteries back. Left the dead car running to charge the dead battery. This all happened in about 8 mins flat. I was impressed.The crew worked all day and a little bit the next day. The roof looks great and highly recommended these guys if you need anything.Service: Roof installation
