When I first started the insurance claim process, I thought that it was going to be very time consuming and painful. Randy called the insurance company with me and I gave them permission to speak with them and he handled everything from there so, I could get back to work. After that, the process went pretty quickly. B&C roofing was there when the insurance company came and answered any questions that they had, B&C stayed in constant communication with me throughout the process to answer any questions that I had. The actually work on my roof took a total of a day. They were very quick and respectful. I had so many worries with starting this process and I’m so glad that I decided to go with B&C roofing.

Easy to work with and explained the process and options beforehand; Randy schooled me and brought me up to speed in familiar terms. Roofing options were laid out clearly and I found that sometimes the most expensive option isn’t necessarily what is best! The finished product is beautifully done and the B&C team worked with my insurance to cover the storm damage that was evident. The owning family is local and been in business around Durham for a long time. Recommended!

B&C Roofing and Repair, LLC did an amazing job in my Mom’s rood and ceiling repair. Randy was excellent to work with and very knowledgeable when he explained the step by step process to my elderly Mother. He met with the insurance adjuster and his team handled the whole process so that she only had to sign the check over with no extra out of pocket. The team replaced the entire roof, took care of mold in the ceiling from the storm damage and painted. What a blessing to have found a company that truly cared about what she was breathing in and have taken care of her so quickly.
