We recently had Eddie Smith check out our house because we were worried we might have overloaded our floors. He was incredibly professional and friendly, taking a good look around and then reassuring us that everything was fine – and he didn't charge us for the visit!What really impressed us was how honest he was. Instead of trying to sell us on unnecessary work, he gave us the peace of mind we needed. Plus, he even checked out a few extra things we were curious about and shared some awesome ideas for future upgrades, all on the house.It's not every day you find someone who's skilled, honest, and genuinely looking out for you. Eddie went above and beyond to help us get an estimate together for significant work on a home we were in negotiations to purchase. He used his contacts to find an engineer that could get there quickly and has us an estimate same day (on the weekend!) after the engineer's report was available. I would not hesitate to call him again as repairs are needed in our home!

Eddie Smith has done several projects for us & I could not be more pleased with the outcomes. If you hire Eddie you will get quality workmanship & the job will be done right the first time. No short cuts here! In advance of each project, Eddie listened to my concerns & ideas, then gave feedback & made suggestions. Each project had clear & thorough estimates supplied (in some cases with different options that I could choose, to make the project a better fit). We made a plan & when anything unexpected would arise or need to be addressed, Eddie would contact me for feedback & which direction I preferred to take. Quality work, honesty in dealings, & great communication are hard to find - it is really great to find them all at the same place!

Eddie Smith impressed me so much when we first discussed my remodel project that I didn't even consider getting another estimate ( and I always get at least 3). He was very easy to talk to and understand, and I felt confident that I could trust him and his crew in my home. He listened to all my ideas, assured me that he could handle exactly what I envisioned, and didn't disappoint. My family and I are VERY pleased with the results, and wouldn't hesitate to call Eddie again. There were several little things that we added as we went (aside from what we agreed upon) and Eddie gladly took on those projects as well. I have already recommended him to several friends AND my parents, and as a small business owner I take seriously recommending others and will only do so if I have PERSONALLY used them in the past. We now have a beautiful kitchen, beautiful custom tiled bathroom, and can't wait to have family and friends over for the CHRISTmas holiday! We had a very positive experience with Eddie for our bathroom remodel. From the very beginning and all throughout out the renovation Eddie was very responsive and always followed through with any commitments or questions. We purchased a fixer upper. We were given Eddie’s name for some work on a bathroom and on our garage. Eddie is amazing. I’ve NEVER met a contractor that is as honest and genuinely nice as Eddie. He won’t sell you on something you don’t need. His work ethic is great as is his workmanship. You won’t go wrong hiring him for any job you need done.

Moved here from Ohio and needed to upgrade the home we purchased .Eddie gave us ideas and worked with our own ideas. He was very honest and dependable. Always kept us informed with any problems. After about 3 months we had some otherconstruction that needed attention,so we contacted him again to address our concerns. The second job went very well also. He in total upgraded 2 baths, new kitchen flooring ,laundry room makeover with a half bath added to it, wainscoting in kitchen, and decking drainage.
