I highly recommend American Roofing. Gabriel and his crew had my roof torn down and replaced in the same day. They also painted the stain spots inside on the ceiling and crawled in the attic to replace vent pipes that were installed incorrectly by the previous homeowners. We had a beautiful new metal roof installed by American Roofing and Construction. They were quick to get an estimate and once we decided to go with them, they started work the following week. Guiomar was wonderful to work with and all of the contracts were done online and in a timely manner. Any questions I had she was very quick and responsive with the answer. They even made a special trip out to help match the metal that was on our new addition.Juan and his crew were extremely professional and did a wonderful job installing the roof. Everything was cleaned up every day and at the end of the job the yard was free of any nails or screws. They were very punctual and he communicated what they would be doing each day. Their workmanship was superb.I definitely recommend American Roofing and Construction if you are looking to have a new roof installed. We are very pleased with the entire process, from getting the estimate to the final product. Thank you!!

American Roofing was a quality professional experience from the start to the finish. Instillation started promptly at 8:00 in the morning on the scheduled day. The removal of all debris and supplies was completed by 3:00 the following day. The roof on our home looks better than the original, when it was new. Following the installation, the office contacted me to ask how the job went and what was our experience. Excellent was my response to both. The company holds the GAF Master Elite Installer certification for a well earned good reason. In closing I can highly recommend American Roofing & Construction.

American Roofing did our metal roof, and also arranged for replacement windows throughout the house; and then they finished with new vinyl siding. Great value! They did excellent work and left no mess behind as some other contractors have done in the past. The crew members were very polite and professional. We recommend them without hesitation.

I read all the great reviews and decided to move forward with American Roofing for a roof inspection. The first time I called and scheduled an appointment, no one showed up and when I called to inquire about what happened, I was told that I was not in their system. I took that as an honest mistake and decided to set up another appointment. The second appoint was confirmed and a day and time was set for 1:00 pm 2 weeks later. The next appointment day came and after until 1:30 for the inspector to come, I called an inquired about their tardiness. I was told at that time that the inspector was running behind and would not make it to my home that day. American Roofing then rescheduled me for the following day, informing me that they inspector will give me a call when he was on his way. Needless to say, I never received a call from the inspector or anyone at American Roofing stating that they were not going to make it for the 3rd time. I wish I could review them on their services, but unfortunately I was never able to get past the roof inspection.Service: Roof inspection

We hired this company to repair our roof and inside where our roof had leaked due to a storm. They worked with our insurance company and were professional and courteous. We are very satisfied with our experience with American Roofing. They had to correct a previously installed roof job that was not properly completed. Mike Pace was easy to work with and had good people in place to get the job done. The roof had to be completely removed, and plywood (OSB) out down over the entire roof. Then a moisture barrier was installed over the plywood, and the metal roofing replaced with larger screws to make a tight seal. They corrected some flashing around the chimney and edges. The job was completed quickly and efficiently. We are satisfied that we will not have problems with extreme condensation getting into the building and causing mold. Their work is also warranted for additional assurance.
