The roofing crew were on time and extremely professional and did a great job. I had to leave early on the day of this job; however, when I came back there was no sign of the crew even being here. As a relatively new owner in Sunset Beach NC we were looking for a local contractor that was responsive while also doing quality work. With our house being a rental property and us living 10 hours away we needed somebody trustworthy and responsive. Kevin and team were scheduled to replaced 3 ocean side windows that had been leaking and were very old. There were some unknowns that came up when opening the drywall. Some of this was long term damage some was incorrect repairs done by a prior owner that didn't fix the original problem and made things worse. The team adjusted came up with a plan quickly and then made it right. The adjustments were reasonable and would highly recommend if you need something done right to contact MOcean.
