UPDATE TO THIS REVIEW. With in a year we have a roof leak again. So now we have to find someone who can do the work right. Metts sure as heck didn't. Don't waste your time on Mettts. He will show up sooner or later and do the work poorly.He is cheap ,but you have to live with the fact he will not be getting the work done in any kind of timely manner. He is a nice person.Not sure if or when he will finish the work. Not sure if or when he will show up for work? Not sure about anything this guy does except maybe not show up to do the work. Do not pay him a dime until he is finished with the work. He has left about 5 minutes worth of work and his equipment laying all around. Not sure when or if he will return. He does not answer his phone. Funny because he only has a one tile sheet to put on and he is done. He has held up my other projects while I wait for him to clear out his .
