I had BACC Roofing & Restoration do a home restoration project (Roofing, drywall, and trim). It was the best experience I have had in years with a contractor. If I could give more then 5 starts I truly would. Bryan made this complete process as easy for me and my wife as possible. Bryan even met the insurance company at my residence while my wife and I were at work. Then him and his team replaced the entire roof and were very professional through the complete process. The prep and clean up of the property was exceptional. They are very careful when moving items and working around the landscaping which we have around the entire property. Bryan was very professional and detailed in every aspect of our experience with him. He was honest and we never felt like he was trying to "upsell" us on anything. As a matter of fact, we chose BACC and Bryan after hearing a pretty compelling pitch from a large multi-state roofing contractor. Long story short, Bryan included several of their "upgrades" as part of his normal job at no additional cost. After the job was finished, we noticed his crew had broken one of our little solar walkway lights. When we informed Bryan, he promptly replaced it with a new one. Roofers arrived on time and worked like beavers right to sunset to get the roof on. Bryan then cleared theroad and driveway of stray nails so I could get the cars back into the garage. He came back the following morning to drag the magnetic roller all over and pick up nails. He also corrected some minor edge trim problems. After receiving several quotes for a new roof, we decided to go with BACC Roofing. They had the most complete quote if all 3 proposals. Bryan came to my home to go over the work he was going to do and made sure I was comfortable with everything he and his crew were going to do. On the scheduled day we agreed on, Bryan and his team were on time and ready to work. I was very impressed with how quickly and safely they were at removing the old shingles off of the roof! Unfortunately, I had some damage to the existing OSB decking. His team was very quick at identifying the problem areas, cutting out the rotted wood and replacing it with new OSB. I truly appreciated this because I had no idea that the roof was damaged. While the shingles were being installed, he had one or two guys cleaning up the debris that missed the provided trash trailer. After the job was completed, he came back to my house for a quality assurance check. This was a nice surprise, I felt that he really cared about the product that he was providing me. I needed someone to come out for some minor repairs and inspection as a result of a recent home inspection. Brian came to my house the next day after the initial phone call. I know he does large roofing jobs so it was great that he took the time to do a smaller job like mine. To me, that says a lot about a person and a company. Mr. Rudy is very professional and honest man. He came out and did a free inspection on my roof due to some spots I saw on a ceiling in one of my rooms. He also inspected the where he thought the spot might be coming from. It turned out there was a few spots on my roof that needed repair. He worked with me on explaining the process needed to repair the spots. He worked with me on timing of repairs and preformed the repair in a timely manner. Kept his work area neat and clean. He did a very extensive inspection of the trouble spots and came up with very inexpensive solutions to the problems.
