I have been in construction for 25 years and most companies are incompetent; I’ve come to expect the worst. These guys gave me some hope that there’s a few out there that can still get the job done and actually do what they claim they can do. Cary and team were punctual, thorough in their work and displayed efficiency throughout the process. We had a very good experience with Residential Specialties replacing our roof due to storm damage. They were very helpful with the insurance process, worked hard to make it an easy process, were very good at providing updates on work time frame/progress, were very timely, did excellent quality work, and exactly what they said they would do. They also did our neighbors roof replacement and they were equally as pleased. There were no surprises. Great local company and staff, definitely recommend.

This is a great company! I had my roof replaced by them in September 2017. They did a fantastic job and provided excellent service! Not only do they stand by their work but they go above and beyond for their customers. I called today 08/5/2020 and asked if someone could come out because we have a water stain in our home from the tropical storm. The owner had someone at my house within 4 hours of me calling. The team member who arrived was so nice and he went right up on the roof to look over what was going on. When it was determined that the roof was not creating the issue the team member went even further to see what was causing the problem. It was determined that the water was backing up and getting in from behind my J channel where the nails are. The team member then went the extra step to put down a high duty tape over the entire area(maybe 20 feet) so that this issue would never happen again.I have to say I am blown away with how amazing this company is. They go above and beyond for their customers and even fixed my issue which had nothing to do with the roof. WOW! I cannot speak highly enough of this company and I 100% recommend them to anybody and everybody. I will forever use this company and I highly recommend you to use them as well. You will too be blow away by the amazing job they do, the quality of their work, the amazing customer service, great pricing, and how this company really does go the extra mile for you.

I got my roof replaced by Residential Specialties. They did a great job, were professional and were done in 2 days. The quote was exactly what we were charged. Having a older house that requires a lot of work, I can assure you this was appreciated since we have had contractors send us a higher bill than what was discussed. Highly recommended!!

As a man who works in the seamless gutter business, I see many, many roofs in a week.They are thorough, and do great work. Never had to worry about short shingles. I've recommended them a few times now and no one has ever said anything bad about their work.I know when time comes and I need work done, I'm calling Mr. Carroll.

Quickly assessed and fixed our recent roof leak and at a reasonable price. Called on a Tuesday. Stopped by on a Wednesday. Found the problem, gave an estimate, and gave it a temporary fix to get us through the next rainy day. Came back on Saturday and had it fixed in about an hour and a half. Very pleased with the experience.
